Rude rude rude awful disgusting dirty b.o smelling workers. moldy food rat droppings and dirty bin bags inside the establishment

We ordered a range of lamb and chicken Shish kebabs for a family meal. Arrived within 45 minutes on the outskirts of Cheltenham. Delicious meat and lots of lovely fresh salads in pitta bread. Easy to use website to order and lots of options on extras and sizes. A healthy alternative to other takeaways. Good value too

I had black dirty pubes in my pizza and I’m pretty sure the bloke hadn’t washed his hands after scratching his bum the food stand of sh** 321 pizza is vile.Thomas Gamble

Recently visited to collect a meal. Although the staff don't seem very friendly, they are polite. The food we had was very nice, & a really good serving.

I used to love 321, their kebabs where great, and food choice was lovely too.Sadly it's really gone down hill. My kebab turned up cold, with a spider sat in the mayo and a piece of plastic in there too.Not only that the chips tasted like they'd been reheated or cooked in a microwave.Really poor won't ever get a take away from there ever again.

We had 2 x pizzas that had not taste to them and a Donna kebab that was cold and taste less will not use again

Been here a few times on my walk home from town. Very tasty chicken kebab. Always cooked fresh. Would recommend

Not the nicest of pizza I've had. Shared a pizza with a friend and both of us didn't like it. Had put a comment on their Facebook page regarding this but they removed it?

Yes - it's a greasy kebab shop, but it's very much our go-to place in Cheltenham, both for kebabs and for pizza. Friendly and quick and we've never been disappointed. Has recently changed hands, I think, but we're still happy with it. Not easy to park near it though.

This is our guilty pleasure. Our favourite kebab take away Always consistent quality and very very fast. When we call they always same 45 minutes and to be honest we have never waited more that 20... Fresh great tasting and a lot of it. Their mixed meat and chips is top dog and you know when you have had it Keep it up guys

Found 321 while looking for late night food. Staff were very friendly. Menu is extensive. I arrived 30 mins before closing. Ordered a lamb doner which isn't my usual choice but it was quickest. Salad was fresh and plentiful. Doner meat was tasty but suffered for being steamed in the warming pots - 321 are not alone in doing this. Overall though, a perfectly acceptable meal. I'd eat there again. Apparently they deliver too.
