Used to be great and the foods still really good but the portion sizes are a disgrace even with the prices that have constantly risen. £13.50 for less than a small donner, 4 small pieces of chicken and 3 small.pieces of lamb. Was a regular but no more. Won't be back. The kebab shop in Chapelhall cheaper way more food and food is just as nice.

I purchased a takeaway from here for my wife and I. The next day both of us couldn’t go to far from a toilet. To say It was hellish would be an understatement. However we all know things like this can happen at anytime and place. To our own stupidity we purchased another meal. The exact same result on both of us. I shall NEVER cross their door again. Someone on those premises need to learn personal hygiene.

Donor hoagie ordered for home delivery. Came with 2 strips of donor meat, hardly covered the salad. Very poor And it was cold in to the bargain..

Absolutely awful service. Ordered at 905pm still no sign at 1050pm. Called several times to be told it was on its way, after no sign called to asked for refund to be told “it’s been delivered” which it was most certainly not! Then told they couldn’t refund us for food we hadn’t received and told us to contact just eat! Not once wears there even an apology! Absolute joke! Avoid!

Ordered a vegetable biryani, but l ended up with 6 pieces of broccoli (about the size of your thumb nail) and as many pieces of carrot with some rice. I'm no expert on all things vegetarian, but this was awful. The mushroom pakora would have tasted better 2 days ago when they were first fried, but at least the nan was within acceptable perameters. Please avoid.

Went in at 7pm for kebabs. Pretty sure the meat had been lying overnight. It’s was like boot leather. Had I not been so tired after a 12 hour shift it would have gone straight back. I was also surprised how small a ‘large’ kebab was. What you see in the photos is the entirety of the meat. A small polystyrene box with meat one side and salad the other. The person making the kebabs must have known he was putting old meat in them, but clearly didn’t care. I would rate zero if I could.

2h after i ve placed my order the guy said its on its way. Driver phoned me with asking me where is my house as he is on my street. I've explained him it and went to the gate, wave him as he was few houses down, he waved me back. Then he passed me buy and never answered his phone again. It was actually a joke 😂will never ever be back again. Worst take away of all I've ever ordered

Unfortunately, like many other reviews, I received the same treatment when went into the shop to order. No friendliness/customer service at all! and didn't write my order down! Main mistake! as ended up with tomatoes on my pizza that asked specifically not to have and ended up with no chicken in munchy box with one white sauce only (states 2 on menu!) no staff wearing masks! & people came in and gave hugs and kisses to certain staff! Are they not aware of what is going on in the world just now! Very disappointed again. They should really be reading these reviews and taking it on board.

As many of the other reviews state wrong order sent follow up customer service appalling!!! No refund for missing items abuse and name calling shouted down the phone will never be back.

Ordered a £31 take away came late, food bland, never got the order correct I would say this has went down hill and are using the COVID as a excuse to give you poor quality food and expect you to be happy Last time I use you am afraid and that’s after 7 year of take away Mr b

Absolutely appalled by the service. Actually went in to the shop for a takeaway only to get home and find 2 meals were missing.... Phoned to complain and was told a delivery would be 45min and could I come back and get free pakora... so drove back down only to return to the house and found there was no salad and they hung up the phone on me!

Avoid at all costs. We placed a home delivery through Just Eat and ordered a meal deal which included Pakora, 2 kebabs and 2 curries at around £30 and added an additional Curry. On arrival we noticed the donner kebab was infact a Chicken Kebab (in the grand scheme of things - not a big deal so this wasn’t even mentioned) The food did taste nice however, about 2 minutes in my sister discovered a dead fly mixed with her food. We immediately stopped eating and called to make the shop aware. There was not even an apology issued just an offer of replacing “whatever the fly came from” which really was impossible to tell where it came from as she had a bit of everything on her plate. We stressed that we did not want to eat anything from their establishment and expected a full refund as their food was not going to be consumed. We were advised that in order to receive a refund we would have to return the food to them “as their drivers were a bit busy” - after paying for a delivery! I refused to do this and it was agreed that the food would be collected (never actually was) I was initially offered a refund of £6.90 for the cost of the additional curry and after a bit of back and forth they have said they will refund the full amount. I will however be shocked if this does appear back in my bank as they didn’t seem to understand why we were annoyed in the first place... “these things happen”

Great food, would be better if it was the right order. Using app to order and it’s never right. Really disappointed as I’ve used 3 in 1 for years but has went downhill with accuracy in order.

Just had delivery and paid £4.90 for 5 chicken wings which equates to £1 per chicken wing - absolute disgrace !!

In my opinion the food is very good however you need to check that you’ve got everything. Countless times I have been short. Staff seem too busy and too distracted at times. Best kababs in Airdrie. Currently closed due to fire. Hopefully open soon!

Best place in Dunoon! Pay for total quality, can’t go wrong with chips cheese and nuggets! Always come here when I’m Dunoon, and the guys are always so lovely they always make you feel so welcome and are the most friendliest team ever! If you are ever visiting Dunoon come here and get some good food!

I went for the healthy option and bought a chips, cheese and donner meat after a night out. When I opened it at home there was no donner meat on it so basically paid nearly £5 for a chips and cheese.

Used here and spud spot adjoined and har to say its always excellent. The pizzas really are good and the got ones are even better. Delivery is usually not too slow either.

Nuestra familia a llevar desde aquí en ocasiones y la mayor parte es decente y a un precio razonable sin embargo las mujeres que trabaja allí es muy desagradable, nunca he tenido que tratar con alguien tan poco entusiasta. Tuve en mi vida, todo lo que preguntarle parece ser un lío. He trabajado con ella en persona y por teléfono y ella casi le sitúa en comprar en la tienda. Me aterroriza llamando por si acaso ella respuestas. Así que, en general, como si no te ella usted disfrutará de su experiencia.

My friend and I received a home delivery from 3-1 recently, we got a chicken pakora, mixed pakora, South Indian chilli curry and rice etc. When we received it we were missing the curry element and phoned immediately. We were informed the driver would pick up immediately to take back and they would remake and sent back with other driver 10 minutes later. What actually happened as we marked all the food was that they took back the pakoras and kebab to shop and reheated them and then sent all the original food back to us with the curry even though they assured us they had made fresh food...... An absolute disgrace !!!!!!!

The menu is extensive and reasonably priced. Staff are helpful and efficient and make a great effort to keep all component parts of your order warm until it's ready. Food is cooked freshly and portions are a good size. Well worth a visit

By far the best stop and go eatery in Airdrie. It has everything you could want all kinds of food, european and indian to name a few. Good prices and open late.
