3 Chefs Fish Bar in Derby

curry wasnt mixed properly and fish x2 well greasy, mushy peas aweful chips ok and gravy....usually good food but well below standard.. dont know whats going on but sort it as were thinking of eating elsewhere now very disappointing meal.....

Order was over an hour late. They blamed it on the driver but when the food came it was read hot so no way it had been sat in a car for over an hour. By the time the food came my self and my partner were over it as it was nearly 9pm. The food was off

They did forget the chips, but they rectified it really quickly, which was really good and they gave me a free bottle of Coke

Food arrived 30 minutes early! Everything was piping hot! Well packaged & as ordered! Was delicious, best chippy chips we’ve had in a looooong time! 10/10 will definitely order again!

Very early delivery, but all food was a little bit cold & had to microwave it, would have liked a bit more cheese on my chips n beans at £1.50 a pop for the extra cheese .. but overall was very tasty :))… say it as it is

food wasn't even late,ot didn't turn up ir was given to someone else I always prefer from here has the chippy is the best I certainly won't be doing it again. they didn't even pick up phone when I rang either

My food never got delivered to me. When i rang the restaurant, i was on hold for over 5 minutes, no one ever answered the phone.

I had the 1/2lb chicken burger meal with salad chips and a drink all for £7. I didn't expect much only paying £7 but it was lovely, great value. Will be having that again.

Delivery was late but they emailed to say it would be and the delivery man apologised. I had a chicken kebab with cheese naan and it was delicious

On this occassion, it just was not nice. The pic of the salad bore no resemblance to the pile of lettuce, cabbage and badly chopped onion that i got.

I ordered scampi and chips…. Not sure what I got but it definitely wasn’t scampi… absolutely awful… the quality has been going down and down, I won’t be ordering again.

Chips not cooked enough still hard in the centre and soggy. Jacket potato was hard and coated in grease that was leaking into the bag. Very unhappy with my order having been ordering from here for a while and food quality has got worse over time. We will not be ordering from here any longer

I've lived in derby 18 years and this kebab house is 1 of the best I've had, and ive tried all the best 1,s!!! Nan cooked in clay oven and tastes like it's straight out of restaurant! Meat is tasty and clean! Home made chilli is bang on! All for 6 pounds 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 see you next week my friend!

Delivery was 10 minutes early.. perfect! Fish, chips & curry was tasty & hot. Decent portion too. Salad box was yummy just lacking more tomato and maybe some cucumber would have made it perfect for us.. over all a very tasty lunch!

I expected the tandoori chicken would be in pieces but it was a whole quarter of chicken. Not their fault but i was leg meat and i hate leg meat. I only like white breast meat. As i thought the chicken would be in pieces, i did not specify.

Love this places kebabs the meat is really quality tasting with great spicing, naan also perfect and not too oily. Portions to price very generous as well.

I ordered my usual which is supposed to be a large chips, 2 large fish and peas and curry. One fish was large, the other was tiny, the chips portion was also smaller than normal.

Fish and chips. Chips were French fries and not chip shop chips. Fish had a nice thin batter but very greasy. Onion rings in batter but not crispy. Not a place I will order from again. Very poor.

The quality of your food has really improved. My other half had his Donner and chicken kebab & I had just the chicken. The quality of the meat is amazing. My last order was disgusting! phoned and they offered a replacement that night however it was gone 9pm and the perfume oily chips just ruined my appetite and ruined the kebab. when I rang and spoke to someone I said about sorting it on my next order they said yeah yeah we will sort it. rang a few days to get my replacement and they could only offer me a discount 😅 shocking customer service for a loyal customer who after adding my orders has spent ALOT the last year.

Not happy the food was awful soggy cold battered sausage,cold chips that had no colour to them & as for the peas I’ve never in my life seen peas that colour & the pizza didn’t taste nice.I thought I’d check the reviews after to see if anyone had the peas & found one comment saying they looked like a biohazard that’s exactly as i would describe them awful just awful!

The fish wasn't fresh it was frozen the kebab was horrible and dry i got a pot of so called mushy peas i dont know what they where but they weren't mushy peas they looked like a biohazard never going there again im getting the mushy peas tested chemically because they look nasty

Chicken was a bit dry but everything else good

Delivery was great! However, my chicken was ok, the darker tikka pieces were very chewy where as the lighter cooked pieces were lovely! So much chicken and the nan was huge, just too much, tasty but too much and a bit chewy!

I’ve had a few takeaway from here and can say that the portions are generous and We’ve had always consistently Great Quality Food at an unbeatable price. The place to go for that take away treat. Easy Car Parking, if you’re picking up you can use Foodhub app or have it delivered. The 3 Chefs Brand is hard to beat. Chaddesden is very fortunate to have Two of the 3 Chefs takeaways in its borough both will always provide great service and of Course great food.

my food looked disgusting. i ordered a kebab on a nan and chips and cheese. I assumed I was going to receive my chips and cheese separately. it was all chucked in 1 kebab and a absolute mess. Totally put me off eating it! looked like something had fell out of a bin!
