Two times I’ve ordered and they’ve either given me the wrong drink or a smaller size to one I’ve order, scamming me of money

47 quid spent, and couldn't even read the order properly so no fries delivered

SAUCE YOUR GOD DAMN WINGS, WHEN YOU ASK FOR FRANKS RED HOT WINGS, DON'T JUST SEND ME UN-SAUCED WINGS, TOSS THEM IN THE DAMN SAUCE DUDE. - I ordered again, and so did my friend... They once again, didn't sauce the wings. I had to take them out, put them in a bowl, pour over the franks red hot sauce, and toss them... It was surprisingly easy, so dominoes, why? Please... sauce the wings. :) Otherwise, great food!

Literally the best dominos pizza I’ve ever had!! Amazing service always came super quick and staff was always super friendly at our door.

Called in for Breakfast on Wednesday which on this day there is an offer for breakfast. Family run business. Very enjoyable food.

Quick and efficient service for collection

Normal dominos pizza. Staff don't understand you very well. Size people all stood about looking at the orders and boxes while people are waiting. Not very vigilant. No atmosphere. Tried the new lasagna one, don't rate it, it's not that nice. Not really a deal fairly expensive today.

Very good food, served efficiently and on time. The food was warm and tasted nice. Especially the pepperoni twisted dough balls.

Decent offers on and always prepared quickly. Had a slight issue with an order but staff were so helpful and rectified this quickly.

ordered a home alone meal deal wrong pizza but rang up. The lady was extremely apologetic and helpful to sort the problem, really enthusiastic really felt like she genuinely wanted to help which is not normally the attiude in these sorts of places pizza came within 10-15 minutes of the call ending great pizza good job guys

We have ordered domino’s from this branch in the past with no issues. However, this time we made our order online as usual. One of our pizzas had to be gluten free, and we wanted plant based cheese to be used. The website doesn’t let you select both options, and there is no where for you to provide further details to the kitchen (bizarre!!). I ordered the pizza as gluten free online, as soon as I placed the ordered and received an order number, I rang the branch to make my cheese request and the lady I spoke to said this was not a problem and she would get this arranged. About 25 minutes later, I received a phone call from ‘a manager visiting this branch’ who said that they had made the pizza using normal cheese but had picked up the request after making it. He said our request would not be possible as he was not allowed to do this, giving excuses such as ‘we need to look after our customers’ and he Domino’s we’re not allowed to amend the online order. I told him the website did not give me the option to which he agreed the website did not have this capability. He said the only options we had was to have the normal cheese (not an option for us due to dairy allergies) or have no cheese at all on the pizza (yuck!). He didn’t not offer a refund of any type. He was overall very rude and had a take it or leave it attitude. With our hands being tied, and very hungry, I just said to make it without the cheese. He acknowledged this then quick hung up the phone very rudely. The pizzas then arrived after another 25 minute wait (it was an hour in total before receiving the food!). The cheeseless gluten free pizza as you can imagine was disgusting and inedible. The rest of the pizzas were fine. Our gluten free family member just went to bed hungry. I’m so disappointed with this treatment by domino’s, I have been ordering food from domino’s for 15+ years and spent 1000’s with them over the years. However no more I will find another place, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered italian based veggie volcano pizza and cheese pizza online but got classic crust.

What a lucky lot we are having this place handy to us. Can't do without our pizza order once a week. Can just about eat a small pizza. So tasty. Why 4 stars? We do not like wedges and have to cook french fries at home - it spoils our treat. If only they did chips,fries - heaven.

There is no proper parking for this Mickleover Domino's

While the pizza is good the prices are ridiculous. £22 for a large pizza now or £12 if you collect. Becoming unjustified to even consider buying a pizza from here now at these prices for the quality of the product. They are nice but not worth the price.

I work up here time to time and order once/twice a week Laura is a very friendly staff member and is always intrigued by some of my topping changes I make and wants to know how the pizza is. Always smiling and over all a nice person keep up the good work 👍

Really good pizza and super fast delivery

Staying at the nearby hotel and after a long drive and it being late we wanted something fast & convenient. This Dominos was certainly that. It’s a fresh & modern looking Dominos with a good team & service. Ordered online to collect. Food was freshly cooked & ready within 15 minutes to pick up. Perfect Pizza 🍕 👌🏼

We have ordered takeaway and ate inside at this dominoes and either option was great. Due to Covid we have been having takeaways and they are always super hot and the staff always leave it on a plastic table at a social distance so that we can pick it up. All the food we have ordered has always been hot, tasty and fresh. Dominoes always has a deal on, our favourite is Two for Tuesday but they have a lot of deals on online and collection only. Highly recommend if you want some tasty food! (Personal Recommendation, Veggie Supreme with Garlic Dip and Potato Wedges with BBQ dip. Yummy!

Sometimes fast delivery sometimes slow.

Order was nearly 3hours late but the manager corrected the situation with me.

I’ve eaten pizza from here before COVID and it was great. I just ate pizza during COVID and there was less meat on the pizza. When I want a chicken pizza I expect more chicken than veg but that wasn’t the case this time 😟 They still have great deals on their menu.

quick to take your money but very slow on delivery. I think I'll stick with Pizza Hut from now on

Had bad experience with this branch, I ordered a pizza with a drink however did not receive my drink called the branch to tell them about my issue and that I had been charged for a drink, they just ignored me and never brought my drink.

Sent wrong pizzas and missing items, delivery took long enough for my items to be what I ordered, now ignoring phone calls

Dominoes is alway good but expensive. Collect and workout the deals. Staff great in this one, will work out the best for you

We've been to this particular dominos a few times now after swapping from the Allestree one and we will definitely not be going back. I asked for extra ground beef on my pizza and you'd think it was coming out of their own pockets due to how little they gave me. I swear if I didn't ask for extra they would only give me a few pieces! To top it off we have had cinni dippers everytime we go but last time there was no icing dip and this time it was already opened when it came to having it and the consistency was really off (I don't even want to think what it could be). Really not a good dominos overall

Typically dominoes. Only issues were a few stray jalapenos contaminating green peppers. One pizza handed to us was not ours, we failed to check though!

Fantastic food excellent service

Ordere pizza to out school today to two very hungry meat loving boys and a teacher and what can I say simply incredable. It was even delivered by the chissled Adonis himself germeet what a bloke and might i say he was just as attractive as the pizza

Service tonight was very poor. Order was wrong, in fact I'm unsure what it was certainly not Texas BBQ - just chicken strips with extra cheese - which equated to a yellow mush. The Manager did explain that it was a busy night with new staff. The worst part was watching the activity in the shop - no cohesion or coordination - just a lot of people in a small space looking unsure what to do next.

So far I've been twice and the staff have been spot on. 👍 cant say fairer than that.

Very greasy, stick to stenson road

Phoned up on Sunday at 7pm and gave an order and asked if they deliver to my address, and gave them my address and told the guy on the phone to deliver it. And waited an hour it’s 8pm and got a phone call saying “you haven’t collected your order and it’s been an hour” well obviously I didn’t collect it because I gave my address intending for it to be delivered and I said I wanted it delivered was my reply and eventually after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes i got my dinner. All because some guy on the phone didn’t understand the word ‘deliver’ and obviously incredibly dopey. I wouldn’t of given my address if I wanted to pick it up. The food is overpriced anyway.
