Tim Hortons - Derby in Derby

Ordered to eat -in. Food was luke warm at best. Soggy lattices. Christmas meal burger looked and tasted dreadful. Soggy and bland. The stuffing appeared to have been frozen and not cooked properly. I had triple cheeseburger. It was cold, greasy and just tasted of grease. I would never go here again!!!

Useless staff and serve halal food.

Shout out to RJ and Ryan at Tim’s Derby. Always friendly and efficient. This is the reason I prefer this location!

Ordered takeaway, wasn't so bad first time, second time I decided to have a chocolate shake with my son. Burgers were delivered cold again,sloppy presentation, I looked at the meat more because I microwaved them, looks like rat burger. The chocolate milkshake though, oh lord. Tastes like cheap chocolate "flavour" sundae sauce mixed with some very overly sweet milk. Compared to a McDonald's milkshake it's totally different. I don't know how anyone can drink these drinks, the sweetness made me feel sick, and I like sweet things. Not sure what you're doing boys but some very sweet milk mixed with some cheap chocolate syrup is not a chocolate milkshake. If I could give you 0 stars for the shake I would. It's also rather expensive and poorly tasting compared to McDonalds and I think half their stuff is garbage. It's no wonder so many Americans are diabetic if you push these sorts of overly sugary drinks on people. Very poor.

First time visit .cannot say I was impressed..half a dozen people in .few tables around were dirty .staff miserable and definitely not Friendly or pleasant.

In my opinion the food and the place are just okay. Not somewhere that I would want to go to often. Place was reasonably busy, so must be popular with some people. My coffee was cold and just okay, tidbits where just okay too. My opinion of course.

Food is always good, especially the donuts! I have had the odd coffee that seemed quite weak, but when it's done well, it's lovely. Breakfast wraps are awesome. Very tasty. Much better than that place with the yellow M!!

Delicious Combo! The Caramel S'mores Latte is sweet and comforting,perfect for a mid-day pick-me-up. The Hot 'n Smokey Pulled Pork & Chicken Sandwich was flavorful and filling, with tender meat and a smoky kick. Plus, the delivery driver was polite and even arrived early. Great experience

Not accepting cash is ridiculous , all payment methods should be available , we won’t be returning to Tim Hortons until this is rectified .

So similar to everywhere else burger wise that’s it’s no change. It’s the cakes, frappes and drinks that differentiate this place from the others. Burgers are smaller and more expensive.

THEY SERVE BREAKFAST UNTIL 11.30am! 👏👏👏😁 My first experience of their drive thru and the staff were very polite and friendly - much better than McDonalds on the Wyvern (where staff have been really rude on two occasions). Hashbrowns are 👌. Will definitely return.

Regularly go here for breakfast. The wraps are the best in the game, and their French Vanilla Lattes are reason enough to drop by. I normally use the drive-through, but have also been in store. Quick service, friendly staff.

The hot chocolate is fabulous as is the coffee. Lattice fries are a nice variation of potato side. There’s a new addition called hot’n’smokey - pulled pork and jalepenos - loving that too. Decor and furniture are nice, not just functional. Always clean.

Queue for the terminals as breakfast was busy, but only waited 5 minutes to order and about 10 mj it's for food. Breakfast and French vanilla coffee excellent as always, and the staff were very friendly :)

First time going here today. Was curious to see how it compared to other fast food places. The restaurant itself was nice and had comfy seating, definitely felt more upmarket than maccy ds or KFC. As you'd expect, the time between ordering and receiving food was quick which was good. Food arrived hot and was nice but wasn't anything special. The 'loaded' fries weren't really loaded with a very light layer of toppings and I wasnt keen on the sweet chilli on them personally. Chicken stack burger was ok, but the breaded coating on the chicken wasn't crispy as I'd hoped. I really liked the tropical cooler drink and the Timbits were fun. Would I go here again? Maybe, but wouldn't rave about it

Great service smashing doughnuts

Been here a couple of times now since it opened. It’s a good alternative to the other fast foods outlets nearby - kfc, Burger King, etc. Plenty of parking out front and upon entry you can place your order via one of about 6 touchscreen order terminals. Food service is usually quick - depending on your order size! Two largeish screens show progress of your order. Also serving staff shout out the order number as well. Food is good - nothing special but acceptable for price. Plenty of seating options. Only gripes would be shared toilets - can’t tell if they are occupied or not as nothing on door to inform you if occupied. And wife said milkshake was watery and not thick.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! Really overpriced and poor quality. lattice fries rock hard, cold and inedible. Burgers really cheap in texture and taste, more like what you would get from a mobile burger van. Would NOT recommend!

Good value breakfast, I particularly like the cheese and ham toastie ,coffee is good with plenty of options ie oat milk etc. Plenty of seating from tables to sofa type. Car park gets busy .

Lovely cafe for breakfasts, lunch or a coffee break! Menu has great choice, and vegetarian options too! I ordered a veggie breakfast wrap was so filling and tasty. I recommend the iced vanilla latte as a refreshing drink . Donuts are also very fresh and tasty!

Stopped here for breakfast this morning, Customer service was absolutely fabulous and the food came quickly and nice and hot too! We only had to wait a couple of minutes and our order was ready, iced drinks and all. 100% recommend the breakfast menu here!

Everything was hot and chilled as appropriate. Any dealings with stafff were pleasant enough. Considerably cheaper than Maccies for a breakfast.

Came at 10.30am in what seemed like peak breakfast time so waiting times were around 15 minutes, it was well worth the wait with the promotion(£1 breakfast item with a drink) Vegetarian muffin was delicious and the hash brown was one of the best I've ever had! I always go for the french vanilla latte as it reminds me of coffee in America :) Yes when it's normal prices it's a bit steep, but when there's promotions on its a bargain.

The people that work here are so rude. Yesterday I pulled up to the speaker and was asked for my order. I started speaking to tell them what I wanted and the person practically shouted at me WAIT A MINUTE. I said "oh I'm sorry" and was not answered back. I then sat there feeling like I was being a huge imposition and after 5 minutes I decided I didn't want to eat here anymore so I drove away. Wont be going back.
