Tim Hortons - Derby in Derby

Very clean and well maintained restaurant. Waiting times are as expected and a fast and efficient service provided. Ample parking spaces including the area. Tried a few burgers and the shakes which were amazing. The jalapeño lattice fries are to die for. Overall, lived up to the Tim Hortons standards.

I like Tim Hortons and this place is OK. BUT..please clean it better and more often. Also, please clean the windows, they are a disgrace.

As a restaurant/ cafe with coffee and donuts at its core this could be so much better. Service is a little pedestrian, and the seating area needs to be cleaned up more often. It's not a cheap eat, and whilst the donuts are tasty you don't want to eat them amongst the debris of previous guests. Improved housekeeping would make this a much better experience.

Real consent cup of coffee, always the same, very nice in my opinion.

I visited Tim last morning and as I enetered it was quite busy and was in two minds whether to order or not, as i was running late, however the staff/manager made sure that the order was on the table in the given time and I was quite impressed how the customers are managed with proper orders.

I visited the tim hortons barch derby today. I had a cheese melt with a french vanilla latte. The food was really delicious and the coffee was also very nice and worth the price. The staff was very welcomig and the costumer service given by them was also very nice..the staff members and mangers were also very polite. I was served by sneha she was very welcoming in nature. The sitting area and washrooms are very clean I would highly recommend to try tim hortons. Really haapy to be there.

I have been to Tim Hortons this morning i must say the service was really fast and good.. Staff was really friendly and helpful, Girl named inder took my order she was really sweet, Tall guy named Sourabh handed out my food and gave me extra sauces i remembered their names as i was talking to them for a while, we loved the food as it was really hot and fresh and all the coffees were really nice aswell.

A nicely designed branch. Both the drive through and the dine-in seating have little to no issues and the inside is clean and well designed. Service has been slow on many occasions (even when the branch was more or less empty with nobody using the drive through). I now resent using the drive through as ok several occasions I have been disappointed with the food and drink given to me. I’ve had to circle back so many times to complain and get my order amended (which defeats the purpose of a drive through). Food is either so downgraded in comparison to the advertised product or stale. I have ordered a box of donuts from them only to drive home and find they are all rock hard. Drinks just taste watery many times. Savoury items come squashed or incomplete and staff on several occasions fail to understand basic English- hence the complaint process is furthermore unsatisfactory. I do return sometimes, but I am now put off several items and never order large items/orders unless I dine in (which is rarely).

Had the triple cheese burger the most sad and tasteless thing I've ever eaton just smells of fat and tastes bland and my girlfriend had 5 chicken tenders really reformed chicken, covered in spice and pepper not even worth the cost

Hamburgers are more expensive than Mai Kee but delicious

So similar to everywhere else burger wise that’s it’s no change. It’s the cakes, frappes and drinks that differentiate this place from the others. Burgers are smaller and more expensive.

The drinks are nearly empty, it’s ridiculous that you pay 4-5 pound for a cup of coffee and don’t even get half a cup. The food is always cold, this has happened not once not twice at least 4 times now. Won’t be going back…. Avoid if you can

The place itself is nice, but the service was terrible. I ordered a drink, and it was only half full. When I politely asked about it, the staff rudely told me, “That’s how we do it,” with no explanation or attempt to fix the issue. The attitude was completely unnecessary, making me feel like I was bothering them for expecting a proper drink. It’s a shame because the place has potential, but if the staff can’t even treat customers with basic respect, I won’t be coming back.

I wish I could give a 0 for this place. The quality of food is terrible. Its is just a waste of money as you will never get you food warm the drinks will be cold. I hope the staff is trained before they start working. The place is always dirty no one bothers to clean the tables. Avoid !!!!!

I had a disappointing experience due to poor service and small drink portions. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, making the visit frustrating. On top of that, the drinks were noticeably smaller than expected, which didn't feel worth the price. Definitely won't be returning.

The £1 breakfast deal is an absolute winner 🏆 🥇 hot, delicious 😋 and the dark roast c9ffee is excellent. We first discovered Tim Hortons whilst in Canada recently and are regular customers 😀 the staff are always helpful and very courteous, some of the reasons why we keep returning. Today is Canada Day, so what better way to celebrate this special day? The breakfast wraps were yummy 😋 and the hash browns were perfect. The ambience here has been a lovely vibe, and the restaurant is noticeably busier than on our previous visit, wh8ch must be a very good sign for the business. Finally, the cleanliness here is very good 👍 and we very much look forward to returning again soon 😀 😊 Well, we have returned s3veral times, and, while our breakfast was excellent again today, it was incredibly busy (1045am). The staff were very courteous, despite being so busy, full marks to them 😀 🙏👏

Great service, the staff at the Derby branch are very friendly even at the busiest times. Thank you for your kindness to my young daughter. Loving the new banana flavoured drinks! Always clean, with comfortable places to sit.

I ordered a bagel, 2 hash browns and some pancakes with an orange juice. Why would you put a cold bottle of juice in the same bag as food? then the delivery driver is on a bike. hash browns are cold and greasy literally inedible. All I got back is £1.50 onto my account which is practically the price of 1 hash brown. absolute waste of money don't bother! utter rubbish food

Delivery driver drove to my area based on the tracking, then was shown at the flats nearby before my order was marked as delivered. I never received the order. I’ve never had problems getting orders to my address before, it’s not easily confused with the flats.

Order was late, location of driver was always at Tim Hortons. Messaged the courier to ask where it was and they replied they were on their way. Approx 10 minutes later it arrived. He explained they got the drinks order wrong which i understood. Soon after the driver had left the food was stone cold. Wasn’t particularly happy obviously so wanted to leave a review. We like this place but just had a bad experience today

Food is fun, service is quick, there's nice seating, but it is very pricey especially compared to the prices in canada.

Quick pit stop before picking up food order from M&S .Nice breakfast wraps ordered and coffees. Service a bit crap as many orders while I waited and observed wrong and very slow,and not communicating right ,let's this place down tbh loads of staff but clearly no idea and inexperienced. I wouldn't rush back. Unfortunately as food nice .Our food was sat waiting as staff litteritly arguing in front of me about previous wrong order ,I had to ask for my food and did say " while your talking could I please have our food ?"

The bacon burger is low standard, it tastes like cheap meat. I expected better, staff attitude is poor if you dont use the order screens, even when the screen doesnt avcept nlue light card. I'd go mcdonalds to eat next time Coffee is great though.

I love Tim's and the £1 Breakfast with a Coffee, I travel to Canada alot so to have a Tim's nearby is such a bonus.

Food was stone cold, they sent the wrong items and delivery time kept getting pushed back.

Rubbish customer service they keep delivery driver's waiting and when they are busy they don't even look to see if there are delivery waiting with the excuse that they are busy

Clean and reasonably priced food. Chairs very comfortable. Not too packed in early evening.

Tim hortons is known for its fine doughnuts and the apple fritter I had was delicious . Unfortunatly the sausage muffin and the hash brown is in desperate need of some seasoning . McDonald’s muffins a much better.

Food was originally supposed to be 1:40 but the time was pushed back so my lunch hour had gone. I stayed late to eat it and it was cold. All still in the bag.

Timmy's has a special place in my heart, but the new kiddies menu I highly recommend. Festive and holiday specials are a must to try, eat in seating is very comfortable and this branch is always quite busy.

Ordered to eat -in. Food was luke warm at best. Soggy lattices. Christmas meal burger looked and tasted dreadful. Soggy and bland. The stuffing appeared to have been frozen and not cooked properly. I had triple cheeseburger. It was cold, greasy and just tasted of grease. I would never go here again!!!

Ordered takeaway, wasn't so bad first time, second time I decided to have a chocolate shake with my son. Burgers were delivered cold again,sloppy presentation, I looked at the meat more because I microwaved them, looks like rat burger. The chocolate milkshake though, oh lord. Tastes like cheap chocolate "flavour" sundae sauce mixed with some very overly sweet milk. Compared to a McDonald's milkshake it's totally different. I don't know how anyone can drink these drinks, the sweetness made me feel sick, and I like sweet things. Not sure what you're doing boys but some very sweet milk mixed with some cheap chocolate syrup is not a chocolate milkshake. If I could give you 0 stars for the shake I would. It's also rather expensive and poorly tasting compared to McDonalds and I think half their stuff is garbage. It's no wonder so many Americans are diabetic if you push these sorts of overly sugary drinks on people. Very poor.

In my opinion the food and the place are just okay. Not somewhere that I would want to go to often. Place was reasonably busy, so must be popular with some people. My coffee was cold and just okay, tidbits where just okay too. My opinion of course.

Delicious Combo! The Caramel S'mores Latte is sweet and comforting,perfect for a mid-day pick-me-up. The Hot 'n Smokey Pulled Pork & Chicken Sandwich was flavorful and filling, with tender meat and a smoky kick. Plus, the delivery driver was polite and even arrived early. Great experience

Not accepting cash is ridiculous , all payment methods should be available , we won’t be returning to Tim Hortons until this is rectified .
