I enjoy the atmosphere with here with friends. But I have not eaten at this bar yet.

Amazing Christmas get together. We booked for our work Christmas drinks, the tables were set up with more than we expected with hats and crackers and decorations. We had pre ordered drinks and food and the staff really looked after us making sure everything was out on the tables and that we were taken care of all night. Ruth is the best party organiser out there and we have to give a big shout out to Ugne & Jimmy for really taking care of us and our party guests. Amazing night had by all so thanks so much Derby Revolution.

My work group did the cocktail masterclass with Jimmy, we had such a great time! The staff were very welcoming and Jimmy had a great addititude and patience with the whole team! I would definitely recommend a team try this!

Customer service was absolutely shocking I went in with my fiancé on a Sunday afternoon we were visiting from Ireland he went up to the bar to order cocktails paid for them and went to the toilet. A girl with blonde hair then approached my table asking for ID when I explained we didn’t have it with us she just said ‘you’re not getting served’ like we were dirt on the end of her shoe and she went behind the bar where the 3 of them were discussing amongst themselves looking down at me trying to figure out what age I was. Both of us are heavily tattooed and do not look anywhere close to below 18 I think she was on a bit of a power trip. When my partner came back from the toilet I told him to go get a refund as I was completely insulted and the blonde girl then backtracked and said ‘you can have them if you want’ absolutely not a hope after that. We left absolutely mortified. I understand you can get asked for ID anywhere you go but we do not look anywhere near below drinking age we are both in our 30’s and we were travelling clearly with Irish accents. They should not have taken payment if this was an issue We were welcomed with open arms in the bar down the road which had lovely friendly staff who appreciated our custom. Do not recommend this place to anyone!

Mixed bag of shambles!! Me and a group of friends was in Derby to attend a gig so we felt like grabbing food and drinks at this establishment as we had been last year and enjoyed the experience... this however wasn't the case!! We was a group of 5 people so was looking for a table big enough for our group, the host found us a table to which was seated towards the bar and seemed fine however the table hasn't been wiped yet as it had just been cleared by the looks of it... business wasn't very busy but seemed to have enough staff on not really doing a great deal. Upon ordering our drinks the first waitress was lovely and took our order correctly and promptly however the bad experience then kicks in shortly after, a different waitress brought over our drinks to which when she called my drink over I said it was mine but instead of handing it over to me she just slammed the drinks down at the far end of the table like it was an inconvenience to her. Shortly after this our food arrived to which it all looked lovely but once all the meals came out we wasn't offered any sauces along with no napkins or cutlery was brought over... I few minutes go past as we was all waiting cutlery to actually start eating our meals.. 10 minutes later no sign of any staff attempting to bring any over so me and my group had to eat our food with our hands (felt like a caveman) after we had finished all our meals a member of staff approached to clear our plates and to our surprise they didn't even notice that we didn't have any cutlery on our plates.. very poor display of service and efficiency. A male member came over afterwards to see if we would like more drinks to which we declined and asked for the bill please... 10 minutes later the same member came back over to the table to ask the same question of more drinks after we had already asked for the bill on his previous visit to our table. The staff member acknowledged the request for the bill the 2nd time and said he would go grab the card machine for us.. being at a gig we was pushed for time however we spent a good hour already in this establishment with a percentage of the time waiting for attention from staff who was waiting our table. A further 10 minutes go by and still waiting to pay and leave... the male member of staff that was "grabbing the card machine" was taking a drinks and food order from the next table to us. After feeling ignored we had to approach the staff member to remind him we had been waiting to pay for what was now 20 minutes.. there was no apology for the delay. All in all me and my friends will not be attending this place again as the overall experience and service was appalling.

Great early evening we were given a voucher for afternoon tea but not what you would think ,sliders,crispy chicken, chips with cheese sauce and bacon and stuffed halepeano peppers followed by waffle with ice cream strawberry and sauce,baked cheesecake and chocolate brownie and plus a cocktail of your choice.Great value with good customer service nice way to spend a 30 anniversary.Just a note to say we did have trouble booking on line and ended having to go in to book but that was one minor blip.

Popped in for a spot of lunch on a Friday lunch time. Staff outnumbered patrons. Had longer wait for food than seems reasonable considering virtually empty. However, when it arrived was worth waiting for, thus, 5 star awarded. Probably aimed at the younger members of the population rather than us older grumpies.

We arrived at 4:10 and the original server said our brunch would start at 4:20 because she was rushed and delayed but the later manager Liv (apparently a manager of this establishment) did not acknowledge that and argued with us about the start time of our brunch and argued the facts that we were stating being so rude to us and not allowing us the drinks we were promised even after calling her over 15 mins earlier to place our order which she did not take and then started talking back and not believing us about what had happened.

Great lunchtime meal and drinks with friends. Came here on a week day. I'd pre-booked online. Just to be on the safe side. It was pretty quiet during lunchtime service. Which we didn't mind. Opted for the chicken salad and pepperoni pizza and chips for my friend. Plus, there is a load of fancy cocktails to top it off We were served by (sven), maybe spelt wrong. Who looked after us for 4 hours She was knowledgeable and friendly. A real credit to revolution. She makes the best cocktails. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definately be back with more friends for a lunch or a night out. Thanks so much.

Visited on a Thursday with work friends. Atmosphere was brilliant and the customer service from Svea was amazing, she's so friendly and accommodating!

This was a fantastic bar to visit, with a flashy design including the counter and lights hanging down! Me and my friend enjoyed shots, sitting comfortably at a clean table.

So we booked a boozy brunch for our friend's birthday and we were not disappointed. I would like to commend Tian for her service, friendliness and support. One of our friend was late and she accommodated giving us extra time. The value is brilliant and they just want you to have the best time. 100% would recommend and we've booked in for another whilst being there.

We did a cocktail making class here, the person leading it was nice but made one cocktail to share between 6 strangers, which felt very unhygienic. The glasses were also dirty and the toilets were really grim.

We liked the experience! Cocktails were nice and the buffalo chicken pizza was really good. One can order the food and drinks with their app and the only way to reserve a table ahead is through the app. The prices on the menu were not up to date. The atmosphere with lights and music was nice. Food prices were reasonable.

Absolutely awful service from Ajo. So unbelievably rude and kept huffing. I am gluten and dairy free and he acted like i was personally offending him. Then when he bought the drinks over didn’t speak to us at all. We were also rushed out so and i quote “we can all go home”

Honestly I’ve been to revolution twice now for bottomless brunch and it had been amazing every time. I had the Cajun burger and it was amazing 10/10 service.

3 stars for bad, good, bad. Bad started off with the booking app. Trying to book a table for cocktails, got asked for an £80 minimum spend as it is a "really busy time" (This is for 2 people on a Friday afternoon) Booked a restaurant table instead with no min spend. Got to the place, practically empty. Good for us, but made me wonder what the app was going on about. Service at first was great. Cocktails were lovely (2 for £10) and food was very good. Much better than we had been expecting. After that, it went downhill again. Had to attract the attention of staff for dessert, and more drinks, despite there only being 3 other tables with people on. Dessert was late (and given free without us having to ask due to how late it was). So, on the whole good, but could have been better.

Great place with good bartenders and serving staff! Fun place to hang out or reserve the place for private parties!!

I love coming here on a Friday afternoon before my night out. Me and my friends always book the "Bottomless Brunch", it is really good value for money & the pizza is delicious! The staff are always so friendly & polite, the lady with the ginger hair is so lovely! I cant wait to come here for my Christmas party!

Visited here for a promotion they were running for Black Friday where you can win a code for a free pizza through Social Media. All three of us had won a code and we were able to use it at the same time (you have to buy a drink to claim - we did know this when entering) The member of staff that served us was really kind and gave us updates on our food, we did have to wait over 35 minutes for pizzas and there was no one else ordering as we arrived when it first opened, however I think he was the only one working (from what we could see) Pizza was really nice, table was a bit sticky I assume from the night before but overall a really nice experience, the member of staff made the experience as they were just really pleasant and honest which was great! Would visit again.

Door man trying to get £10 off each of us to go into a bar? But didn't ask people they recognised? Unacceptable!

I went with my partner for drinks and food while travelling, he got the roast chicken (the only thing he had eaten that day) and got severe food poisoning from it, in which we had to pay additional money for more train tickets to get him home and he missed days of work because he was so ill. I contacted Revolution about this over Instagram and after a week or so of no response they requested my phone number to discuss it, which I gave them. It’s been many weeks now and I have heard nothing, despite them being aware of the situation and no attempts to fix it. Avoid!

Me & My friend had such a good time, we each enjoyed 2 for 1 on cocktails, I had the Strawberry Woo Woo and it was absolutely delicious, I've never tasted anything like it, it's my absolute new favourite drink, the interior was inviting & comfy, the music was enjoyable to listen to & it was a lovely relaxing evening. I had never been before, but definitely will be coming back with family and friends.

They do amazing cocktails here and it’s lovely in here with so much space and lights it’s different but although the only problem is the floors they need cleaning stat they are very sticky as well as the womens toilets

We had a lovely lunch there. Sourdough bread with chicken and Salad. Very reasonably priced. Unfortunately the toilets let it down, as they were very dirty. We drew it to the attention of staff, and they were very apologetic. Went right away to clean them.

Shocking behaviour from the bouncers last night, following young people into the toliet to check their ID when they had already had it checked at the door! I would consider this a safeguarding matter but I am sure the manger won't do anything about it!

Avoid, this filthy dirty place! The smell hits you as you enter the ladies toilets, the toilets brimming to the top with discoloured waste, if they can't keep the facilities to a good standard then I really hate to think what the kitchens are like.
