This establishment had a lovely homely feel. The food was excellent and the chef ensured the meal was exciting and tasty. The drinks were excellent, overall a lovely place for a night out.

Ordered yesterday lovely piping hot fresh food took a meal deal and everything was correct and freshly made. Lovely pizzas and kebab. They even phoned up to let us know they didn't have the pop we requested for the meal deal and offered an alternative instead of just sending anything out. Brilliant service. Have ordered again tonight.

Ordered a garlic bread special - not even half through and find something blue in my pizza, pull it out and it looks like a bit of rope which I could have chocked on! WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!

Was due at 1:10am ordered at 12:25 so absolutely no way that at 2am the time it is now that food should be 'late' Furious isn't even the word. Paid on card so probably won't see that money again & good luck trying to ring the place as the phone has clearly been turned off or disconnected. I only live a 5 minute drive if that!! I have had this issue before but let it go as it was a very new place at the time after 2 hours it turned up, gave them another chance. Not a phone call or a text either! Quick enough to take your money! Will definitely be making sure none of my friends or family order from here ever! Customer service at its very worst. Should be ashamed!

Not sure we got the right order! Didnt order donner and kofta kebab (yak) but was in order chicken was freezing, not convinced had been cooked fresh or even reheated. Ordered extra portion of chips, didnt receive it. Ordered Diet Coke, sent regular pepsi.

Good food overall but great for the price would definatly order again.

pizzas were good, hot and fresh. 25 minutes were added onto expected delivery times which was very disappointing.

Had to leave my pizzas as the base tasted really sweet. Also got a bottle of Pepsi instead of what I ordered, never a good sign. Disappointing.

The food arrived nearly two hours after I ordered it. Not even an apology from the driver...

I normally love this place so was looking forward to a treat we get what we always get chicken stir fry and chicken wings and chips. Half an hour late so early waiting 2 hours, hardly any veg in stir fry a couple shards of bone found. Forgot garlic sauce again!! Wasn't the warmest of meals earlier Hope next time we order it will be better!

Worst takeaway I've ever had! Wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here me and my son got chicken kebabs each which were absolutely awful! Garlic bread with cheese had lumps in ended up leaving it incase it made us poorly and to top it off we waited over an hour for it! Wouldn't have even gave it to the dog it was that bad!

Great food! Super big portions, we couldn't get through it all, but it was really tasty and the service and delivery were really nice :)

Curry special is amazing so nice full of flavour and you get so much of it. Great value for money. Everyone needs to buy these

Chips were lovely. Parmesan wasn't too bad but would have been better with cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella.

The food is always fresh and well cooked. The salad with the chicken kebab is extremely fresh and crunchy. Cant fault the standards of the food at all. One of the best in north tyneside for sure. 👍

Slightly disappointed last night. Usually one of my fave takeaways. Took over an hour and a half to deliver...pizzas were slight overcooked - got thin crust instead of deep pan. Food was not exactly hot when we received it either. Although staff were good when I rang to ask how long. was told to ring back if it wasn't adequate however didn't want to call back to wait MORE time for a replacement etc.

Very disappointed. Got a Parmesan as it said it was made with bechamel sauce only to find it is actually tomato. I would not have ordered had I have known this.

Excellent food, accommodating for my request and scored for a fair chunk of steak with my kebab due to kish shortage. Feel like the specialcreate your own pizza should either be dropped in price or the first 5 toppings not to add cost as this came to 11.90 so opted for a similar pizza with a couple extra toppings, 8.70 in comparison. The salad had jalapenos and gherkins, this made a half pitta bread pocket with bits of kebab dipped in garlic sauce extra nice! Will order again, we're quite stuffed, with a bit brekky for the morning, 👍.

Excellent service as always and normally excellent delivery driver ...but last night's driver tried the I've got no change trick gave him 20 pounds for a 15.50 order and he stood and expected me to say keep the change ...finally he went to his car and came back with 3.50 said that's all I've got and walked away !!!! Now I normally give a tip and it's only 1 pound but that was disgraceful the way he went on and just gave me 3.50 and walked off saying that's all the change I have ...sorry but this means I won't be using you again even though the food is fantastic !

Beautiful chicken kebab !! With plenty of mixed salad that included gurkins jalapeños lettus cucumber tomatoes onions red cabbage and pickled onions. Best chicken kebab Iv had from a takeaway !

Ordered a bolognase pizza asked for deep pan and received a thin base plus it was over cooked looked burnt to be honest. Chips were over cooked aswell. Quite disappointed as food is normally spot on from here.

food was great. did not expect so much food. kids pizza meal was great for the price. i did order popcorn chicken and got chicken nuggets thou which i never got told but was fine they added a bit more chicken into it. would defo order again

Normally really good but tonight wasn't, the wrap was just a mess not even a wrap. I paid for sweet chill chicken wings, I did not get chicken wigs and it defo was not sweet chilli, no phone call to say the order was going to be different

At this point I still don't have my food 1.5hrs after order and half an hour after my allocated delivery time. The takeaway has not contacted me to advise of the delay but has marked my order as 'delivered' on just eat?

Food was horrible! A plain grilled chicken sandwich isn't plain; Curry sauce very salty; kebab meat was dry around edges and the cheesecake was hard around edges like it had been left out in heat for number of days! Very very disappointed! Only good thing was that it came on time and the guy was friendly! :(

Rang to say they had no lamb. Told me i couldn't cancel as paid by card. Told me they would add extra chicken and didn't.Food arrived cold and kebab meat hard on edges. ordered curry sauce n only got 2 spoonfuls in tub. NOT GOOD!

Ordered here on a Wednesday night at 8.11pm, Didn't get much as other half already had food, anyway the takeaway is 0.3 miles away from my home so figured I'd give it a try, delivery comes at 9.31 which is abysmal, I can't imagine how long I'd of been waiting for if this was a weekend. Never again

I think I made a mistake and ordered a bun instead of a wrap. Also, Just eat dosnt give you the option to opt for chips instead of salad, only salad or no salad, so we just presumed we got a portion of chips in the set meal, as it stated. Anyways, we didn't but we rang up to double check and they sent us out a portion of chips and a wrap regardless. Top service. Kebabs are lush aswell. Little heavy on the garlic mind. :D
