Cracking little cafe. Had an amazing coffee and the black pudding was the best

The lady behind the till gave me a mouthful of abuse for bringing back the 2 rolls she made me, 1 the sausage wasn't cooked and the other roll had tomato sauce on it which I didn't ask for. While remaking the bacon and egg I asked her to put the sausage back on the hot plate to cook some more and she then went on a tirade against me. She then also gave me the other roll back but this time it was egg and scone Which I didn't ask for and when I asked for my money back I was given abuse and chased out onto the street still being verbally abused. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Amazing wee place and really good price and great for breakfast. Owner is just lovely and chats with everyone. If you live nearby or are on holiday and want a nice local place, definitely give this place a try. ☺️

Service is appalling. Coffee is not nice

Went in with my partner,she had the mac n cheese. I decided to have the mince n tatties. Major let down,virtually no mince,basically majority was veg in gravy. The can of Irn bru,from a multi pack £2. We didn't enjoy it,bit of a let down. And before anyone says anything,i'm a city and guilds trained chef. We won't be back

It's open nice and early. I only had the choice between here and McDonald's and I'm glad I came in. Lovely friendly staff, super clean and they offered a veggy fried breakfast which was the perfect start to the day. Complimentary tea topup as well.

Staff were absolutely lovely and brightened our day. Good price for a full Scottish breakfast. Dairy free milk was appreciated

A nice wee eating place on Dumbarton Rd, home made soup and crusty bread were lovely.

I overheard a staff member say to a customer they "deserved a slap" for asking to sit in. I'm not entirely convinced it was a joke. Certainly the girl it was said to was as shocked and unamused as I was. Either way not a good way to greet customers, please take on board for future.

Good atmosphere with good food, all in a cosy establishment. Would recommend.

Great location in Dumbarton road off merkland Street and the station. Unlike many West end places, you can get things at a reasonable price. Portions are fine and staff are nice too.

Nice staff, had a toasty and a lentil soup good quality I thought, their cakes are mostly from Costco cakes, if you are particular about your coffee I wouldn’t recommend as not great quality. For a bite to eat go for it 👍🏼

It's not fancy, but oh man the food is good! We've tried several items from the menu and they've all been really tasty with generous portions.

Staff super friendly. Knows all the regulars and was made feel part of that from very first visit. 🥰🥰🥰
