Good place for karaoke and cheap drinks

Haven't had a chance to try the food yet but from what I've heard it's great

Had a great night friends and I were here for the karaoke Great fun Highly recommend Food was great Service was great too Be warned very busy and noisy

Me & my mum came across this wee gem of a pub while out shopping, we got the soup which was scotch broth it was lovely! came with a hot roll which was nice as most places give you a stone cold one … my mum got the tuna toastie that came with salad & crisps on the side. I had Mac & cheese, garlic bread and side of fries both meals were absolutely delicious and great portion size & prices are really reasonable, we were happy to have found this wee place, the owner was lovely & service was 10/10 we will most definitely be back! Thank you!

Myself and the other boss where in last Saturday, I had macaroni and garlic bread, the missus had cheese and ham toastie which came with chips and salad,they were superb,I had 2 Stella and the missus had 2 shandies, service spot on.very reasonable price,would definitely recommend.

Had Sunday roast beef luke warm and meat was so tough

Really very nice place great location for food etc barmaid was absolute polite and very helpful

Just popped in fir a few beers with the guys tonight, crackin wee pub, the barmaid was a peach lovely friendly nature and very attractive to us noisy boys even put money in the Duke box fir us to choose what we liked 👍 she's a keeper 😀

I just want to write this review today to thank Sam the bar man for his kindness and hospitality shown to me today. I have just recently had a baby 6 weeks ago and also have a 14 old chatty toddler. I decided to venture out on my own with the babies today and stumbled across the storm Queen and Sam. From helping me through the door with my double buggy, getting me a high chair and being the perfect gentle man I just want to say a massive thank you. It made my first trip out a lot easier and I will definitely be back. I got fish and chips it was delicious and my 14 month old had macaroni cheese and ate every bit. Thank you to the chef also for bringing my boy a treat of Ice cream. Sam is a credit to the bar. Thanks again will definitely be back. Ps sorry for the chatterbox singing over all the duke box songs lol.

Great local pub, bartenders are friendly and chatty, spacious with plenty of seats.

Fast service bar staff watching who are waiting to be served first, not the loudest.

Awful service. This is the first time I've had to remind the staff of an order, which was ridiculously simple. Soup and a Panini. It tasted fine, that was about it

Went on a Friday afternoon. Only another two people hugging pints. Night time is very busy though with a good local atmosphere

Not allowed to film inside the pub and take pictures if the bar staff say otherwise I have the evidence got told to leave because of this I have it all on film they are serving miners under 18s will be speaking to the owners about this and Glasgow city council about there license to sell alcohol

Good lunch specials, Stew was a 5. I'd order that next time for sure.

Stopped here from some drinks and food before a gig nearby. Outside the pub boasts about its food. It was ok, standard pub food but nothing exceptional. Was expecting a bit better to be honest. Will probably not be back, at least not for food.

Amazing place to go, the manager, the staff and the punters are all amazing I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a night, if you haven't already been here you should check it out 5/5 stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was actually visiting this pub as part of a fsmily funeral. Staff were very polite and discreet. Unfortuneately the food was not too my taste but heard no compaints about same.

Friendly atmosphere met THE storm queen.an attractive friendly manageress. Food was VERY tasty . We had the roast beef and the steak pie £24 for 3 people can't argue with that and the portions were generous

Love this pub owner is so sweet

We were looking for a light bite on a Sunday afternoon and dropped into the Storm Queen. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was so tasty, lentil soup was delicious, sandwich with salad coleslaw very filling. Definitely would recommend.

The 3 staff that were on were run of there feet the food when it did come was more like a child's portion it tasted lovely but had to go to the chip shop after i was so disappointed as i had really been looking forward to it big 5 stars to the girls though

I have just heard how an angel of a woman was spoken to by the manageress in this place. My friend who is tee total and was out enjoying the England Scotland game was told when she placed her order that they were there to make money! If thats her idea of customer service then the hospitality industry is not for them. PEOPLE OVER PROFIT

Came here with my sister we were made to feel so welcome.. The staff even asked the chef to make me a pasta dish that wasn't on menu. They both were chatty and so nice. The food was delicious. We will be returning 👌❤️

Reservamos la Storm Queen para una función privada. Catering fue excelente. El personal era increíble, no podía hacer más por nosotros, y tan encantador y amable. Si tiene una próxima fiesta de cumpleaños, recomiendo este lugar, cálido y amigable con una hospitalidad increíble.

Great pub with great entertainment only downside is that you can smell the gents toilets as soon as you walk in even worse when you have to use them could do with something done, hence only giving 4 stars

First time I've been since it changed name. Their blender was broken so couldn't get a frozen Pina Colada which I was excited about as dont usually see this on a pub cocktail menu in Partick. Prices were reasonable, drinks presented well. Pub is a bit dated but the music played on the night was fab, felt music was a tad loud as couldn't hear person next to me speaking. Staff were quick to serve you at the bar which is always a good thing.

Friendly pub with karaoke, live music and not expensive

My friends & I usually travel from Dumbarton once or twice a month to the Storm Queen . We went up on Saturday for my birthday , I had on a brand new jacket & the barmaid spilled a drink over me!! When I complained to the manager her response was "it was an accident and if you're not happy then leave." My friends and I were shocked at her unprofessional attitude and did indeed leave & we won't be returning.

This is probably an understatement . I used to frequent this pub on a regular basis , but now ? The staff are okay and do their job , the manager needs to learn more in integrating with customers on a social level , and the food is of poor standards , I suppose if you like a wait and eat fast food then all would be okay ...

Great wee place, friendly and cosy atmosphere and really friendly staff, cocktail pitchers are brilliant and prices are very good. Can't complain at all

este lugar no es una casa pública adecuada para estar en un lugar tan prominente donde personas inocentes puedan entrar. hay miles de borrachos fumando en la puerta principal, lo cual es desagradable. . . el personal es hosco y no acogedor. . . . Me encanta Glasgow y la escena de pub / música / restaurante es una de las mejores del Reino Unido, pero este lugar es como un regreso a los días oscuros. . . nunca volveremos . .

Hay un montón de muy mala, incluso para karaoke a media tarde donde todo el mundo era bien ido con bebida. El lugar era muy cálida, que no podía dejar la puerta abierta ya que los fumadores estaban de pie en la puerta y el humo estaba volando en el bar. Algunas personas cuestionadas alrededor. Pero bueno para una cerveza barata y fácil ir aquí.

Had lentil soup supposedly homemade it tasted like vinegar asked waitress to taste it she spat it out says it all pubs like this should be renowned for the classics but was definitely not homemade

I came here after reading great reviews here, but it was a big disappointment seems that the reviews are made by staff. Breakfast offered differs every week, eggs where very frazzled

hamburguesas hechas a mano por una receta especial. Tuve que preguntar sobre la receta como las hamburguesas estaban tan intensamente increíble en mis papilas gustativas. Cualquiera puede hacer hamburguesas diría que la mayoría de la gente. Pero estos verdaderamente divinos. Vuelvo seguro volveremos la próxima vez que esté en la zona. Gran ambiente. Y no sólo en un pub, la comida en este lugar le da esa singularidad que busca cuando salgo por la comida. Estupendo trabajo chicos. : o)

Fantastic family atmosphere, top quality food everything fresh and tastey pizza made to order witch is a winner for myself, brilliant prices for a family on a budget, staff were lovely with the kids. Will definitely be back with the family

This bar/restaurant is great value for homemade pizzas and burgers with a fantastic range of interesting extra toppings, It also caters for different age groups including children and OAPS. Good traditional pub atmosphere.

Nice breakfast for under 5 pounds. Just what I needed for a Thursday afternoon . And a beer for 3 pound in the west end also.

Came in to Storm Queen for lunch as my mum wanted to go in but it was really nice I had a really good pizza and tried those little burgers they were really nice.We will be back real soon

Been here a while ago with a few friends and tried the food out,it was great pizza and the burger sliders were amazing we were all pleased and will definately be back!!!

Went for a light bite of pizza. Fresh made with a good choice of toppings. The burgers looked good also so will defo be back to try them. 5 out of 5.

i have been to a few places in glasgow for a burger and pizza, but few to challenge here for the price, home made and tasty, will be back asap
