Went here for a good game of interactive darts, with a few associates, great bitter, won every game, hit a 9 darter, Mortz couldn’t handle smoke.

We recently had our staff night out here, upstairs at Arrowsmiths darts. From the moment we arrived we were looked after by Jaz and her team. Our food was spot on too. We throughly enjoyed our night. Thank you!

Had a great experience here over the last couple of days. We were made feel very welcome as were our dogs. Drinks and food were spot on. Water was also provided for the dogs. A nice place with super friendly and attentive staff.

Was in on 8th of January was told that the lunch deal wasn't on but we checked before we went in on there website the food was served from 12noon to 6oclock and food came out cold and the customer service shocking heavy let down because we usually go there for something to eat and we like it ☹️☹️

Arrowsmiths- really enjoyable session of darts. Bar prices very reasonable too. Unlike Flight Club they could accommodate a group of 2 on Saturday. Great day out.

Jaz and Ryan were fantastic at O’Neills! Jaz was a great host (and fellow Aussie) for our darts and Ryan was friendly and helpful behind the bar. We went New Years Eve and had a ball playing darts upstairs at Arrowsmiths, lots of fun with the different games! Definitely recommend for a fun night out!

Booked online - a large booking - bouncers tried to turn us away at the door as we had 2 children with us (pre 5pm) Said it was 2 busy to let kids in. After speaking to the manager we were told to wait 15mins for our table as people were still sitting at it. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned after we sat down. Lots of food unavailable. Ryan was fantastic - took our order & made the rest of our visit excellent. Food & drinks enjoyed by all Thank you

Was left waiting almost an hour for food and when I asked staff they told me the kitchen was just slow today. Not very good customer service Also was sat next to the door and could smell the toilets the whole time we were there.

We've been in here alot of times,as we go to alot of gigs in Glasgow. There are usually 5 or 6 of us, but we won't be back until they put the heating on!! It was absolutely freezing the night we were in and it was really uncomfortable. Pubs should be warm!

TVs were way too loud but the food wasn't bad

Stopped for breakfast declared an allergy staff couldn't have been more helpful. Food served separately gave me confidence. Food was delicious. Staff were all very nice.

As usual at this seasonal time the Pub is very busy, but with great atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Relatively cheap boozer on Union St outside Glasgow Central Station. Unfortunately the street is a war zone with drug addicts living in the homeless hotel causing mayhem most days and nights but that's not the pub's fault.

Always eat here when i come to Glasgow. Friendly with a great atmosphere. Service is great and my food has always been fantastic.

Ordered food at oneills, bar staff got the food order wrong. Sarah came over and dealt with it brilliantly and was so kind and understanding, fantastic work!

Being a Ceoiliac find it difficult to get much choice of Gluten Free, plenty of Vegan & Vegetarians choice, had Gammon steak which was as tough as old boots chips were cold couldn't finish it so I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Good pub, but not as cheap as when it was the Goose.

Irish bar playing British open instead of all Ireland final. Sound not on for either. Poor.

We didn't eat here but was a cosy bar that looked like it expanded way back and up the stairs too. Was really nice to sit and chill in.

Not a real Irish pub. Decent food, friendly staff and really appreciated the music not blaring your ears off. They were out of the lunch special I wanted so I chose something else (no big deal). Then I asked for the brown on tap…but they were out of that too. No problem, give me an old fashioned. I was in shock that the bartender didn’t know what that was. No old fashioned, no whiskey sour….but if you want a spritz or pink Gordon’s or a light beer, this is your place. I came 4,000 miles for whiskey. Lucky for me there’s a few more pubs to try

One of my favourite pubs in town, come in regularly and we are always really well taken care of by the team (particularly Brian and Sarah). Food and drinks are consistently great and reasonably priced. We also recently celebrated my partner's 30th birthday upstairs and it was a fantastic space, everyone had a great time and the staff were so accommodating.

I have no issues with O'Neills had a nice time .Will definitely go back again.

Short of staff waited ages for the burgers. Eventually went to the bar and they chased it up. The wrong order came, then once returned we received what we ordered. Only problem, it was stone cold. Received a refund and headed out.

Although my food was ok my sister ordered the spice bag, tandoori chicken and donner meat, it was like a dogs breakfast, Disgusting price for disgusting food seems to be O'Neill's philosophy now. I have ate at this pub many times before O'Neill's took over and never once had a bad meal but never again.

We booked the upstairs area for a works night out(hen party)! We had a great time, food was good as was the entertainment. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful especially Roberta, Kat and Connor. I would highly recommend.

We had our friends hen party here as it’s right next to work. Great night, good fun and good food. Staff were very accommodating, especially Roberta, Kat and Connor. Would highly recommend as we had the upstairs area to ourselves and could still enjoy the live band downstairs.

Here for a function and the staff were absolutely amazing. Jack, Brian and Conner were more than hospitable and created such a welcoming and warm environment. Felt comfortable asking them any equation I had and was served with a smile everytime!!

Fab pub in central Glasgow Easily booked a table online to watch a 6 nations match whilst in Glasgow. Quick service via bar or an app, plenty screens and friendly staff.

Great wee day! Started our day out here after getting off the train. Lovely pub shame about the location. A different entrance would be good, away from the bus stop. The girl serving was very nice. I think her name was Alice? Anyway very good.

I visit this pub regularly for a few years already with my partner and occasionally on my own. Great, friendly and professional staff. It will always be a pleasure to have a few drinks and a dinner/lunch in here. 5 stars out of 5 from me.

Had fish and chips. Chips were cold and no choice of peas only mushy which I do not like.

Security get very aggressive with ordinary punters at closing time. The public are allowed 15 minutes to leave a premises at time up in the UK but you are treated like an animal here. As about as far removed from an Irish bar as it's possible to be.

Aggressive staff. An unwelcoming place. Didn't feel comfortable so we left.

This is a good pub but for some reason it pops up under a Wetherspoons search…and the price of my pint was £1.10 more expensive than said spoons! …just saying 🙄

Amazing place to hangout with your friends. The atmosphere is lit and the music is not too loud allowing you to have nice conversations. Food was delicious and service is as fast as possible.

What an amazing place. Lovely atmosphere and amazing staff. I have to mention the lovely bar staff member called Aimee who was so kind and approachable and served us with a smile.

My friend’s band were playing and it was a really fun and enjoyable evening. Great music and tasty beers. Generally the staff were friendly and efficient. However, the security staff at the end of the night were so rude. Their behaviour was aggressive and unpleasant. Their behaviour and attitude took away from what had been a great evening.

Came here last week for our staff night out, we used the area upstairs and it was more than ideal! Allowed us to use projector and speaker and provided us with fabulous pizzas and cocktails 🍸

We had a team night out and were in the upstairs mezzanine. The area was fantastic, the food we ordered was delicious but the biggest highlight of the evening was how great the team who were looking after us were. So huge thanks to Connor, Alice and Jamie for being fantastic!

Service was good, food was quick and tasty, and I would recommend the lunch deal, but was along the way to the ladies' toilet

Went here for a works night out, mainly for the central location but it became so much more. Drinks were reasonably priced and the place was packed, not overly so as the bouncers did a good job of monitoring the place. They had a live band which we had no idea about and they turned out to be great and really got the crowd going. All in all a good night was had by all, no real complaints. Good rated a 3 as I only saw it and never tried it.

Our first visit here after reading the good and bad reviews . Decided to come in to give it a go. No regrets! Food are way so much better than wetherspoon pub. I had gammon steak and I love the fresh cut pineapple. Definitely value for money. We will back here more often. I would recommend to my friends . P/s I have never given 5* for food, service and atmosphere in one go but this pub deserves my five stars. We loved O'Neil pub. Foods was always good. Lovely friendly staff.

I was pretty unimpressed with the bouncers tonight i have to say. They had absolutely no care, or duty of care for a very drunk vulnerable young girl that they wouldnt allow her back into the bar trying to get to get back to her friends that were inside the bar. Her phone was dead and they would not phone her a taxi when i asked (my phone was unfortunately also out of battery) and would not allow her inside to ask the staff to call her one or to speak to her friends to call her one. She was drunk and vulnerable and there were a lot of creeps around outside the bar. Really not cool, put a lot of pressure on me just trying to have a quiet drink and i could not leave her alone. Your bouncers need to be spoken to regarding this. She was causing no issue at all, just trying to get home and needed help and they could not of cared less. Disgusting attitudes.
