First time trying this place, nicely cooked donner meat will definitely go back, need more sauce next time

Tonight was the Second and last time we will order from them 😡 Order was 1/2 an hour late . Burgers were dry and the Chips were hard and Luke warm Had previously ordered Pizza from them and thought we’d give them a second chance . Menu is going in the bin .

I order from here all the time and get the donner Wrap with ketchup mayo and cheese. Very good food for the price 😋 I recommend to anyone highly.

2Cucina, this is place is incredible. NEVER ordering from here again! To be honest, judging by alot of these reviews, they need to seriously work on their customer service skills and food quality. They are extremely rude and arrogant! I ordered 2 pizzas for my children and had an issue with my order which cancelled in error on JustEat. I only noticed when I received a notification to say order had cancelled and I would receive £0.00 refund. I immediately contacted 2 cucina to find out what had happened and make sure I was still getting my order as I had been charged the full amount and was not getting a refund. They refused to send my order. I explained that JustEat had kept my money and was still sending it to the restaurant. The guy on the phone still refused and hung up on me. I had to get in my car with my 2 kids and drive down there to resolve the issue. When I got there he was VERY argumentative, rude, and arrogant. He spoke over me and cut me off whilst I was trying to speak to him, and after I asked him not to do that he then put his hand up in my face and "shushed" me!!!!!! This vile man was trying to happily pocket my money after my order had been cancelled in error! He knew full well he was going to get the money but tried to play ignorant to avoid giving me my order! I told him I was not leaving and he needed to call JustEat as I was not willing to loose my money. He called JustEat and put them on loud speaker foolishly thinking JustEat would back him up, but they ended up confirming exactly what I said which was that they are not refunding me and will be sending the money to the restaurant due to the time frame of when the order had cancelled. They explained he WOULD be paid the FULL amount (like he already knew). When I asked to speak to the JustEat guy on the phone, he quickly hung up and agreed to make my order. He was trying to pocket my money and avoid sending the order. Its lucky I was in a position to drive to the restaurant to insist on getting my order. Rude, arrogant, vile person to deal with. Zero customer service skills and is very happy to rip off his customers! Personally, I would avoid and spend my money else where!!!!

I hate to put down any business, but I must be honest, I bought a chicken burger and fries, and while the taste was good enough and the portion large (as expected, its burger and fries) the issue is, 10 mins after eating the food feels like a rock in my stomach, 30mins later im burping constantly ( didnt even have soda) 4 hours later (now) im feel nauseous and having stomach pains. If youre willing to take the risk then I must say the food tasted good enough going down, but personally I will never eat from here again. (Other food I ate in the day included, apple, crisps, blueberries so unlikely to be something else)

I love their food but if it's not delivery time it's the delivery drivers.

Usually love this place. However, our most recent order will likely be our last. Wanted the Sunday/ Thursday offer of BOGOF on pizza. Went to put it through on just eat, still normal price. We rang up and they said cash on collection, and to just put it through at the normal price. No other info given. So we ordered 2 pizzas. They then ring us up, saying our expected collection time was 50 minutes off and is ready in 5 mins, bare in mind they could have easily rang us up earlier than that to let us know. We get there. And we have FOUR pizzas, and have to pay the normal price. As apparently we should have ordered one pizza and the free one is the same added on?! Could have easily been explained on the phone but evidently chose not to for profit. After all this hassle, 4 pizzas and almost 30 quid down- our pizzas don't have stuffed crust of which we paid extra for. Appalled. Good food, good takeaway in general. Just a shocking experience today

Pretty average takeaway to be honest, chips were very nice but pizza could have been better.

Usually i wouldn't order a burger from a takeaway, but after trying my sisters I reconsidered... and have since order a few times. Each time them being amazing!! My favourite being the sky burger! The pizzas are also amazing aswell as their garlic pizza bread!! 5* Highley recommend 👌

Bland and tasteless chicken kebab. Meat was not cut from a spit, looked like just cut up breast meat in sauce that was warmed on a grill.

Ordered a kebab which came without any salad and paid extra 50p to get that much sauce. Plus found a hair.😐

The Chicken wings are nice. Rest pretty poor. Large Chicken doner kebab meat and salad. Is more like salad with a few chunks of meat. Also the meat was stone cold. I have to microwave it. Also had a message to say my food was onit way 30 minutes before it arrived! They are 1.3miles away. I believe a 2 star is generous.

Greasy salty horrible kebab, I expect a kebab to be greasy but not swimming in it, the bread that wasn't soggy with fat was dry and horrible, definitely will not be using this place again

Not too bad food, some staff can be a bit bolshy i.e. barring people for asking for refunds when it was requested for a good reason. Manager is genuinely nice, food is ok and reasonably priced.

Went in and the place looked like it was still being built. Chicken “doner” meat came out of a container in the fridge and was heated up and it didn’t even taste like chicken. The veggie burger also had a hair in it. I’d avoid at all costs.

I can not belive we just been delivered raw BLOODED chicken that was bitten into by 8year old who got scared!!!!!!! then the MANGER came to the house and gose.... ohh sorry wev had a few complaints about raw chicken today like as if it nothing serious and says its been really busy so we cant tell if food is raw!!!like really do not WASTE your money for raw food guys just bcoz its a few £s cheaper!!!

Absolutely horrible. Ordered from here as our usual kebab shop was closed for refurb and it was a total waste of £15. The meat was bland, the naan was more like a thick wrap than an actual naan bread and they couldn’t even be bothered to drain it properly so the ‘bread’ was inedible...

Just not long got it it was horrible the chicken from there isn't even cooked . Didn't really give us any mayo food was full on horrrible . First time been there since changed hands and never going back . Worse food ever ..
