Me dieron un vale groupon como un regalo que valen £35 por 'sabrosos bocados' (dos cursos para dos). La cosa más rara cosa era que había cambiado su nombre a 'sabrosos bocados', sin embargo el sitio web dieron era 'basilrestaurant.moonfruit.com' - la misma dirección; 155 upper Lisburn Road. Cuando llegué también pude ver que había un cartel en el restaurante que dijo "Bella Italia". Parece muy extraño que este restaurante cambiaría su nombre tan a menudo. Le dije al personal que tenía un bono groupon, y me dijeron que el cupón se canceló y tengo que contactar groupon sobre un reembolso. aún Tengo que volver a oír groupon, pero el personal no me dio razón por qué este bono repentinamente nula. todo parecía un poco extraño, y simplemente, mal negocio. El horrible servicio y muy extraño que ha cambiado su nombre tan a menudo.

Order arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes late. Called the restaurant after an hour and 45 minutes. Guy on the other end of the phone said he’d call me back. Never did. Called again, said the order was 15 mins away, never arrived. Called again, the restaurant blamed its drivers for not coming back on time as they were experiencing heavy traffic. I had the conversation with them 5 minutes down the road and 2 cars passed by during the whole conversation. Food eventually arrived, my Thai green curry consisted off 3 small pieces of chicken and The spring rolls under cooked. STOP BLAMING YOUR DRIVERS! 2 and a half hours for an order! Take responsibility for your mistakes and take a bit of pride in your work!

As good as the food is i’m very disappointed with the service. decided to order online and pick it up as we were in a rush, we arrived 5 minutes before the pick up time designated but proceeded to wait an extra 25 minutes until our food was ready, completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. this has been the occasion twice now. we ordered a extra sauce assuming it would come in a pot on the side like it did last time? but the sauce was poured all over our meal which just ruined it. onto of paying extra for a sauce that they poured all over our meal we were charged an extra 10p for a bag without the option of opting out of it. just shocking service for such good food.

always get food from this place but this will definitely be the last. ordered a delivery at 17.30 specifically to arrive at 19.00 i got a call at 17.55 asking if he turned right or left to my apartment obviously he was close by so i said to him i’m sorry but i’m not at home and the food was ordered for 19.00.he hesitated and said ok. roll on 19.15 food arrives and guess what every single thing had to be out in microwave it was stone cold. the filo pastry chicken for starters we cldnt even heat up as the chicken had went hard.as for the rest of the food it was abs awfull. very very dissapointed for the fact that they kept the food probably under the heat holding lamp for an hour and sent it out again which is most certainly not within the law of catering. it’s abs disgusting what they have done and we definitely will not be getting from there again
