Nice hotel, clean room and good beds (+1 point). But they do not daily clean (-1 point), to bad The room was extremely hot and there is no temp control except for opening windows and the door (!) (-1 point) Positive point, room had a fridge (+1 point), you do not see that anymore. But unfortunately the complementary water ( or other drinks) where missing (-1 point). Tesla chargers present but not working (-1 point). When I ordered medium rare steak i got two small pieces of well done beef (-1 point). WRONG!!!! So i sent it back. But the chef said this is how they cook it. Pitty they have no idea how to cook steak (-10 points). You better have dinner at Fatso’s in town, very good and much better. Sorry, bur this is how you ruin an experience I am not coming back again Total score: - 13 points Sorry, an absolute no go.

We are staying in the hotel and had a lovely Saturday night dinner. The restaurant feels cozy, and the food was good. Would recommend it!

Didn't have much choice on the menu but then they had one chef down so I guess that's not their fault. Pleasant atmosphere and the main was nice. Didn't like the brownie dessert.

Closed for evening meal! Breakfast was poor. Little food available, cold 'cooked' breakfast, dirty cutlery, broken juice dispenser and too few staff.

A very very cosy place to stay in, luxurious suites and a pool with saunas, jakuzzi just a great complex to be pampered!!

Came here for afternoon high tea which was really lovely. We asked if we could sit outside instead of indoors and the staff were happy to oblige. Lovely meal and a good selection of tea (I'm not keen on regular tea - so this was lovely to have).

Super friendly staff, never had an order wrong. Food is good, sweet and sour balls are great, beef in black beans also is good along with chow mein. Curries can be a bit hit or miss often not as thick as I'd like it.. One thing I would say is all the food has a lot of onion in it, stir fry veg also had a lot of onion, there is no broccoli which surprised me especially living next to fruit and vegetables shop. Overall very good but food is slightly dated Chinese menu with a lot of onion in pretty much all dishes Ive tried bar chow miens.

North StI come here very frequently, staff are always polite and recognise you and know your order. Food is always perfectly cooked and you have the option of having salt and vinegar. Lovely stuff!
