Glass seals gone so view wasn't great, full of condensation

Busy Bar with own named cocktails based on popular cocktails £20-30, well stocked bar with excellent Brandies if that’s your thing subdued lighting needed my phone light to read menu but that’s my age probably, views are fantastic of London looking towards the City from our seats, better in the daytime so I’m told 28th floor very fast lift.

Lovely staff and a great place to sit and relax. High up and out of the way from everyone!

The place has a nice view, the costumer service was good, but I’d say for all a little overpriced. However we had a nice French wine and good time.

Outstanding views and this is why you would come here, the prices are to match the height of the building. Food is a good quality but not a huge variety. Drinks are fine, service is attentive and polite.

The view is amazing. However, the options for nibbles was disappointing.

If it wasn’t for the views, the decor and drinks - I think this place wouldn’t survive well. Do not expect the food to be good at all. My oysters was served on a bed of sea water as that is what it smelt like. Definitely not good quality and I felt nauseous after having 2. Drinks were decent. I also ordered Egg and Steak Sandwich - Meat was tough and chewy and seems microwaved (wasn’t asked well I wanted it). Also ordered the Katsu Seabass rice dish, served cold and rice was fried at the bottom of a pan - had to return to kitchen. Horrid and no flavours.

Don't seat at the bar, wobbly chairs and staff gossip even there :(

Wonderful atmosphere! Comfortable, tastefully appointed surroundings and friendly staff who care about your experience! Drinks are unique and one of a kind yummy!

Stunning drinks and views. The pictures can speak for themselves. Highly recommended the smoking hot and the cassanova.

The management failed to let our group know that we had to spend £60 pp on a weekend. We were escorted to the table and then when I read about the minimum spend I asked the manager about the same and was rather escorted out than trying to manage the situation. IT WASN'T EVEN BUSY. Now we know why🤣. There are sooo many rooftop bars, honestly this is just poor management.

Very expensive gave a service charge and still looking for extra tip. 3 bottles of beer 10 quid each and a 10 pound service charge so that's 40 quid for 3 bottles and a tip on top

My wife and I came here for some drinks and dessert after having dinner at another restaurant. The experience from the moment we walked out of the lift was sensational. From the professionalism and compliments from the staff, to the views, atmosphere and service. The dessert dish was amazing, as was the bottle of wine. When I booked it, I asked for a table with a great view, and they did not disappoint. A sign of great service in a place like this is when the staff are invisible until you need them, and also when they reduce your need for them. The way they seamlessly topped up our glasses without us even realising they were there and without interrupting our conversation was truly impressive. They read the room and body language very well, take a proactive approach to service, and react quickly when they are needed. We left there feeling really good about our night out

Cocktails are varied and lovely. Staff work peacefully, whilst guests chatter away, enjoying the view of the city. You can pop in, but if you want to reserve a table, you have to spend about £60 +.

Positiv war die schöne Aussicht. Wir wurden nach erst 23! Minuten bedient, obwohl nur ca. 8 Personen in der Bar waren. Nach einer fast zwanghaften Frage ob alles okay ist bei uns, konnten wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben. Danach haben wir unseren Wein in schmutzigen Gläsern erhalten. Absolute Frechheit!!

Had such an amazing time last night with my girlfriends it was a perfect bank holiday and what really topped it off was the exceptional service from a member of staff named Roberta. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and we sure did! X

Just quick feedback about Hilton Park lane 10 Sky Bar.. My friends and I visited 10 Sky Bar at Hilton Park lane and we were amazed at not only the quality of food and drinks but also the service from Roberta. She was so sweet and awesome. Every time I visit that place I am greeted with her joyful smile.. She’s phenomenal by far and one of the best waitress that I have met in Mayfair.. I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a warm and welcoming environment!

I was really excited to try 10 Degrees Sky Bar, as it has great reviews and offers stunning views of London. However, I was very disappointed with my experience. The food was overpriced for what it was, and the service was poor. We ordered the wagyu burger, and we weren't asked how we wanted the burger. They all came well done, and honestly, they were not very tasty. We also ordered the brownie dessert, which was small and disappointing. The service was slow, and we had to wait a long time for our food to arrive even though we had pre ordered before our arrival.

BEWARE the heavy cancellation fee!! Booked 24hrs in advance for a table for 4. A few hours before the event I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and was charged £100! Their site states (not very clearly) that cancellation fees will be charged unless a booking is canceled over 48hrs prior. Obviously this was impossible. Appealed directly to them with regard to a refund but was told no. It was automatic and no refund was possible. Given that they do accept walk-in guests, this is doubly insulting and unfair. We will not be rebooking there and will be warning friends and colleagues.

Wouldn’t recommend, bartender is nice but the men at the door wouldn’t let us sit next to the window even though it was a slow night. We were here the whole time and a window space was also open the whole time. The view is average as you can’t take a picture without the glass having a reflection. Not worth it if you’re not a guest at the Hilton. Luckily we were but if you’re not be ready to be charged a minimum of 60. My father and I sat down and my significant other was meeting us and again they questioned him at the entrance. It also seems a place where escorts meet their clients.

Positiv: Tolle Aussicht, weil im 28. Stock. Negativ: Fensterscheiben sind zum Teil mit Wasser kondensiert (Sicht ist getrübt). Etwas snobistisch. Personal reserviert Tische, die gar nie besetzt wurden während unserem einstündigen Aufenthalt dort. Schlechte Auswahl an Snacks. Wir bestellten dann trotzdem eine Sausage Roll aus dem kleinen Angebot von vier verschiedenen Snacks und waren enttäuscht. Es ging gefühlt eine halbe Stunde bis der Snack endlich auf dem Tisch stand. Unsere Getränke hatten wir bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt schon fast ausgetrunken. Bestellt man eine Sausage Roll bekommt man eine Scheibe Wurst im Blätterteig von einer Breite von nur zwei Centimeter mit einem Teelöffel Dijonsenf für 8 Pfund. Lausig! Drei Scheiben erachte ich als Minimum. Es war lecker, aber einfach viel zu wenig.

A comfy bar with muted lighting and a view of London. Cocktails were well made. Glassware was nicely chilled but could have been more interesting. Staff were attentive. Cocktails were £18 for classic up to £22. Service charged ontop.

Great that they have inedit beer, but the service for food is really underwhelming….

Views are great but that's about it, everything else was pretty average. Most annoying was the fact that when you book, it doesn't tell you there's a £60 minimum charge PER PERSON - which is a lot of drinks. It details it in the cancellation policy but I was sure we were going so didn't read that. My fault I suppose but I don't think that's about cancellation, it needs to be way clearer. Staff were nice, canapes we're good and drinks decent but given all the amazing places there are in London to drink, I'd rather not be stuck trying to finish a minimum spend. Also annoying that loads of people up there are clearly just having one drink and leaving so presumably if you're a walk in you're not subject to the same minimum spend. This place has been on my 'to go' list for years now and while I'm glad we've been, there won't be another visit for us

The view ia stunning. The manager waa very attentive and when kitchen delayed our platter he gave us champagne on the house.

My first time visiting the sky bar and wow just wow. The staff are pleasant and the drinks are amazing. I visited the 28th floor to take in the breath taking views. We evening managed to see the sun set and the night life of London for that high up. If you need a place to go and are happy to splash some money this is the place to go.

What a bad experience. Me and my wife came in late after a long flight and are staying at the Hilton so we decided to go up for a night cap before bed. The waitress ignored us for a long while before ordering drinks then we asked about food were told the kitchen was closed. No problem. Except the people who walked in right behind us were served several plates of apps. Then she proceeded to ignore us for another 20 minutes until we were able to flag down another waitress to bring us a bill as it sure didn't feel like they wanted our patronage at all. Even staying here we won't be back.

Such inedible views, service and genuinely bespoke drinks. The Monarch cocktail was quite something. Highly recommend a visit here. Would love to return and try some bar snacks, better still, eat at Galvin at the Windows!

Luxury bar on the 28th floor of the Hilton with great views. If you like a relaxed vibe with comfy chairs and sofas, this is for you. Cocktails start from £20 but avoid the Sapphire cocktail unless you like to drink cough medicine.

Coasters stick to glasses due to the condensation. Very unique experience.

This is the best sky bar in town.

Despite the place to look gorgeous and the view looking stunning, it took quite long to have our coffees and I got told off because I was trying to open the door to go to the terrasse. What’s the point to have one if you can’t go to appreciate the view lol We also didn’t get water next to our coffee , of course these are very small details but this is what you expect in such places. Otherwise I’ll be back for the view for sure and maybe try their cocktails

Nice bar and cocktails the bar staff and restaurant staff were lovely and attentive! Sadly, our experience was somewhat ruined by 5 of the hotel management having what was seemingly a very loud meeting / argument about how the hotel should be ran in the middle of the bar - with absolutely no regard for the fact we were sat there. A strange thing to do for the management of what is supposed to be a five star hotel!!

Upbeat classy bar on the top floor in the Hilton in Mayfair. Great vibes, excellent cocktails (highly recommend an Old Fashioned with a whisky from The Lakes). Will be back.

Lovely afternoon tea experience with delicious food and friendly service. The views over London are a wonderful bonus. A great option if you don't want a more formal sit down multi-course lunch at Windows - tea is available from around lunch time anyway.

A very nice bar in a popular and busy area of London. Were very well looked after from start to finish.

Cocktails are OK. Champagne by glass is not good at all. I didn't like that the staff came to us every 2-3 minutes to push us to buy more and more. I dont like this type of service. This is why 3 stars.

Asking my most poshest and learned friend where I could take my wife for a drink to impress, straight away he said 10⁰ Luxury Sky Bar in Mayfair alongside Galvin at Windows; it was a sure hit. Upon entering, you're welcomed with a smile and led to a seat with a fantastic panoramic view of London in front of you. There's a lot of cocktails, spirits and wines to choose from but not many ales and ciders. But you don't take someone to this place and try and get a Carling. We only had time for one drink before eating next door and we both ordered the Deimos 2. The drink consisted of Coconut rum, Havana Club 7yrs, Gosling's Black Seal, Bruleed banana, Vanilla and aromatic bitters. They were served at the table on a wood plate with glass bells over and filled with smoke. When the glass bells were lifted off the smoke poured down over the drinks. They tasted very strong but were lovely.

Wonderful picnic in the sky deal. Very clean and great COVID procedures in place. Staff were very helpful especially Tomas who went above and beyond service. Food and drinks spectacular. 10s across the board
