Really upset. It was my epth birthday and at 1st everyone seemed friendly We spent an absolute fortune on drinks at nearly £10 each! We sat in a rally cosy corner, but every few minutes, the bouncer came and removed a table, which we tolerated. We got told it was last orders at the bat, so we ordered £10 cocktails!! Within a couple of minutes a bouncer came around and told us to drink up an leave... there were plenty of others in the bar, but he seemed to want to pick on us and became very aggressive. I cleared up the table and took all of our glasses to the bar, because I've always been taught to be respectful and clean up after myself. I started to feel quite upset, because I didn't think we deserved the treatment we had received, so I asked the bar man if there was a manger I could speak with. He pointed at a lady, called Helen and I approached Helen and asked if it would be OK to make a complaint. The bouncer came at us and screamed at wm to get out. I was afraid and left. I asked for the bouncers name and he refused to provide it. I broke down in tears, because it was not how I expected my 40th celebrations to end. I understand it must be a hard job, being a bouncer, but I won't tolerate a Bullg and that's exactly what this bouncer was ! There's never any excuse to become aggressive and certainly not when you have customers who spend a fortune at an establishment which the understanding they have 2minites to drink their drinks and are not out for any trouble. Will never return to this establishment I'm afraid, but I do widh them well

A special occasion venue for sure. It's elegant, cool and self-assured. As you'd expect on the 28th floor of the Park Lane Hilton, prices are equally self-assured. We enjoyed a few Old Fashioneds, indulged in a light supper and chatted about work and other things in a window seat overlooking Knightsbridge and Park Lane. Such a pity it was a wet and grey evening. It wasn't crowded, but business carried on nonetheless and became business as the evening wore on. Our waitress was a charming lady from Valence, south of Lyon. Perfect for this job, suave, professional and she made sure we never had an empty glass. It's why they're there. We Much lighter of pocket after a couple of hours here o a damp summer]s evening it was well worth it as a special occasion.

Haven’t been here since few years We used to visit specially at night to see “London by Night” and to enjoy the extended hours where most of the other bars are closed. Managed to find a table on this sunny Saturday afternoon looking at Park Lane Service is good

Had a wonderful time visiting for the first time. And an amazing experience was as we treated and hosted by a great team. Most especially Holly who provided as an impeccable service. I will most definitely be coming again

11 out of 10 We’ve been here a few times and although we have always forgot to book a table Holly has always been so lovely & accommodating ensuring that we can get the best seat. She’s fantastic, funny and a true credit to team! Cant wait to visit again B & Z x

I had a wonderful experience at the bar thanks to Tionne. She was very friendly, attentive, and professional. She helped us out with everything we needed, from recommending drinks to taking our orders promptly. She also had a great sense of humor and made us feel welcome. Tionne is a great asset to the bar and I would definitely come back again. I give her 5 stars for her excellent service.
