Fantastic place with magical interior and decor! The service is among the best I've ever experienced. We had a guy from Italy who served us who was incredibly good and nice. We had bottomless brunch, the food was good and the drinks even better. Took 40 seconds to get the glass refilled without having to ask for it!

My server was incredibly polite and attentive. Food was okay. And the atmosphere was nice.

Really good Sunday roast, attentive service and a lovely venue. They've been pushing their Sunday lunches on social media a bit, so the place was fully booked. Even so, service was highly professional as you'd expect from a place like this. Not cheap - cost us 150 for two and it can easily all add up. Very good for special occasions.

The roast was acceptable. However, the service was rather slow. We were waiting over 15 mins for a replenishment of our wine, which was rather disappointing when we had chosen the bottomless drinks option. I could see that they were busy, but it felt like we were being ignored during our meal. To then be charged £15 for service, was quite rude (just like the waitress that was serving us.) Overall a bad experience. Would not recommend.

Valentina was kind, generous and very welcoming. She was forthcoming and made a birthday experience very pleasant.

We hosted a client party at 1 Lombard and every detail was executed perfectly. The staff are highly professional, friendly and incredibly hardworking. They really cannot do enough for you. Great afternoon with my bestie friends, celebrity a birthday. Fantastic atmosphere and really friendly staff. The DJ is epic!! Had the whole room up and getting down. Our glasses we never empty, whether it was prosecco, aperol, or water. The food was a little disappointing... the lobster tail bun was not lobster, it was crayfish tails, and the steaks were inconsistent in the cooking, and a few of us had overcooked and chewy meat. That being said, the staff were helpful and did change one meal and credited us on another. I will be going back, for more fun on the dance floor

Beautiful restaurant and excellent food. Saba was our lovely waiter for the evening and helped me pull off a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful afternoon here. The Sunday lunch was wonderful, delicious food and drinks. Very attentive staff and our waiter Louis was exceptional. He made sure we were ok throughout and that drinks were topped up, food was cleared etc. We look forward to coming back again soon and trying the bottomless brunch which we have heard good things about!

We dined at number 1 Lombard on the 24th January. The service provided by Ilona was impeccable and she made us feel like special guests. She regularly checked on us and the timing between courses was just about right. We really enjoyed the food, service and the ambiance was great.

We had a lovely Sunday Roast here but what really stood out was how friendly and attentive the staff were! They catered to our every need and even gave us a free cocktail! Would highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely be coming back. Louis was our waiter and he was wonderful!

A friend was over 30 minutes late 🙄, and I had to get back for meetings, so I ended up ordering right away. Service: 4/5 – The staff were attentive and helpful. Food: It was okay; maybe I didn’t choose the best dish, as I couldn’t finish it. My friend ordered the bass, and it definitely looked more appetizing than mine 😅. Environment: The setting is quite nice and seems more suited for business meetings from my perspective.

We done the Saturday bottomless brunch 3pm sitting, Has such a great time, our glasses were never empty and were being topped up constantly non stop, Honestly I don't know how anyone could make any complaints for the value of money £55 per head!!! for 2 hours and 2 course meal, was amazing value Great DJ , everyone was up dancing by the end Already booked to go again in December

We did the bottomless roast and it was amazing. The beef was perfectly cooked and our waiter was phenomenal truely catering to our every need. Unlike other bottomless experiences we were never rushed and it was a real treat. Thanks Shervin!

We came here for a work Xmas lunch. The place is huge with very wide ceilings. It was packed and noisynwith chattering so it was a bit difficult to hear the person across the table from me. Food was good but not amazing. Bread basket was a bit flat, christmas pud was a bit chewy. Chocolate brownie was great although a bit dry on the edges, perfect in the middle. Turkey meal didn't look all that well presented but it went down well with the team. Steak was good but chips were very average. Salmon starter was great. The waiting staff were excellent. Thanks 🙏

Very attentive and professional staff, especially Georgina (who served us). The space is decorated in a charming Art Nouveau style and the bar is accented with floral colors. Brunch is pretty good and made even better by the fact that our drinks were constantly refilled. Live!

Breakfast was ok, had full English and the eggs were a little over cooked but otherwise good but not amazing. Beautiful space and ok food but service is not great.

The food and service here are excellent! Especially Pedro. Every item ordered was excellent prepared, fresh and unique. If you have a gluten issue they know what they are doing and are very accommodating! Highly recommend!

This is a lovely restaurant in a part of London we don't usually visit. Staff were attentive, food was good and prices OK. The 15% service charge felt steep.

Went for a bottomless brunch on Saturday - nice place, good music, food was alright and the service was great with a good variety of drinks! But just as you get going and have a good time they close it off at the end, when realistically we could have gone to the bar in there and stayed for more drinks! Also as a little side note - they also add on service charge to the £55.

There were 8 in our party on Saturday & we had the best time, our waiter was Louis & nothing was too much trouble, he was very attentive & made sure we had an amazing time, we will be back.

I visited for the first time a few days ago and i was met with kindness and enthusiasm! I had the croquettes and espresso martini, absolutely delicious!! I met Louis, and he led me to the bar where Keira (might be spelling that wrong) helped me choose something to snack on. Everyone is so kind and lovely 100% recommend

From a girl that’s been to quite a few bottomless brunches, 1 Lombard Street has to be the best!! 🥂Our waiter Saba last night was absolutely incredible and kept sending the drinks without us ever asking. If you’ve been to a bottomless before, you’ll know that you’re constantly having to chase for another drink before your time slot runs out! Not here though, our glasses were never empty. 🍽️Then the food… after choosing your main course, a difficult decision between steak, lobster or some egg dishes, there was a salad bar available to go and help yourself. Lots of fresh options to start you off before tucking into your main. I went for the lobster roll and it was absolutely delicious! 💃🏼And then finally, the entertainment. Kept simple with just a DJ, I wasn’t sure how great the entertainment portion was going to be compared to some brunches. However, the DJ complimented the classy venue and menu and played floor-filler classics to get everyone up and dancing. Even the waiters joined in! I couldn’t recommend this place enough, 10/10 from me - Great service, great drinks, great food and great vibes!

My friend and I had an amazing evening at 1 Lombard Street. The atmosphere was gorgeous and we had amazing seats. The food was delicious and arrived very quickly. Our server Saba was so lovely and attentive! We felt very well taken care of as he made sure to check on us frequently. Definitely an asset to the team as I was noticing that other waiters close by weren’t as polite and patient as Saba! We will certainly be back again.

We had a reservation there Sunday and the service was lovely and very attentive, we enjoyed our time there and staff were fantastic, however we ordered oysters they tasted a bit odd but did not think much of it, we were then ill for the next 2 days. We were not expecting this as this establishment was very professional and attentive, but is a shame the oysters ruined our experience.

Had the most amazing brunch with my family thanks to Saba and Penny, our prosecco glasses were always topped up and drinks were very speedy, best service as always.

Myself and six friends had made a dinner reservation at 1 Lombard Street in October for Friday 6th Decmeber. Thats almost 2 months in advance, many of us made long journeys into London for this reservation and upon arrival we were witness to a private party taking place and were informed that the booking didn't exist. The staff were extremely dismissive saying the booking had been withdrawn and there was nothing they could do. We had to spend the rest of the evening trying to find an alternative dinner reservation.... very disappointing!!
