If I could give a lower review I would have! My order was cancelled without my agreement, purely because I have an allergy. Even when I explained that the rest of my family wanted to eat their meal they refused to honour my order or my request. Quite frankly, if you can't manage food allergies, other than cancelling someone's order, you're in the wrong business. Why ask people which items are you allergic to, if you can't accommodate it?

Best Chinese takeaway in the area, the woman at the front desk always takes the greatest care over taking my order as I always request alterations to make dishes plant based. The food is fresh and tasty.

I asked if they could swap the all meat and rice with duck and rice. It only cost me an extra 70p. They included vegetables as well. It was really delicious

Still waiting 2 hours on Saturday 18th March, absolute joke Express don't make me laugh. Advertise as fast absolutely ridiculous, I've complained and they offered £5 off.

Good Chinese takeaway used them a few times of late. Mainly tasty dishes, couple though weren't overly impressed with .

Regular customer , 2 minutes from establishment. Every order delivered with complimentary prawn crackers which the dogs absolutely love. Placed order no prawn crackers so the next time i asked for the prawn crackers for the dogs and did not look at the bill until 4 or 5 orders later and noticed all of a sudden they were charging me £2.30 for a portion of prawn crackers !!! Now if you know what prawn crackers are made off then you will realise why I am so upset as a regular customer to be scammed like this. If you live in the area there is a Chinese restaurant next door who do deliveries and do not charge for prawn crackers and far less greasy . Phil.

Haven't ordered takeaway in years but this really is great. Food arrived well within 45 min slot. Was really hot and tasted lovely. Will definetely order again.

Best Chinese in Shirley! I have tried many but the way they make it is not as oily as others. When they are busy if you cannot get through they always call you back. A must try you will not be disappointed.

Ordered here the other week using all eat app. cheaper prices than when we used just eat AND we got free delivery. will use all eat again next time as its a really good service so far.
