The best restaurants serving Thai food in Stafford West Midlands

As I walked up to the front door to enter the restaurant, looking around outside made me think I hope inside is better than outside. The weeds, dead leaves, fag ends etc outside the front door was not the first impression you’d want. Gave me the impression of if this is what you can see what’s the rest of the place like u can’t see. Very shoddy first impression. Interior is tired, carpets absolutely filthy going upstairs, the gents toilet at the top of the stairs was filthy, stank, and was only half lit as lights not working (probably for the best). The staff all be it pleasant enough we’re so scruffy in appearance, jeans and an old tea shirt, they looked like they just got out of bed. There was a time when all the staff here were in full uniform, very smart authentic clothing, they looked like they wanted to be there instead of “this is a chore attitude’’. Onto the meal, this was not too bad actually, the food was pretty good and plenty of it. Value for money excellent. Wouldn’t take much to turn this place around to what it once was. . I’d say

Extensive menu, we went for a set menu in the end and it was fun to have so many dishes to choose from! The size of the dishes was perfect and all beautifully cooked with a great balance of flavours. The staff are friendly and you are not rushed, so a gentle evening of good food, thank you😊
