The best restaurants serving Thai food in Leicester East Midlands

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this restaurant. While the food remains good, the service has hit an all-time low, and I can no longer recommend this place. First, they advertise one price online but charged more upon delivery, which feels dishonest. The worst part was the customer service. When we called to inquire about the pricing issue, the lady on the phone was rude, shouting over the call and saying, “If you don’t want the food, ask the driver to return it.” This is no way to treat loyal, regular customers. Sadly, after this experience, we won’t be ordering from here again. I hope the management addresses these issues before they lose more of their regulars.
