The best restaurants serving Tapas food in Central Rochdale Rochdale North West

What a great find. We were staying over night in Rochdale and found this restaurant on-line. The food was amazing - excellent tapas and some very good sangria. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We were impressed by the hard working staff. Would definitely go again if we find ourselves back in town.
