The best restaurants serving Tapas food in West End City of London, Westminster London

We recently visited Lanes of London for the Botanical Afternoon Tea. Our waiter, Vivian, was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. He was able to recommend the teas to drink with each 'course'. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Highly recommended!
