The best restaurants serving Tapas food in West End City of London, Westminster London

We went for festive afternoon tea. Three friends from various parts of the country on a Christmas Day out in London. I have always been sceptical about afternoon tea having been disappointed many times in the past. All I can say is WOW!! So imaginative! This was incredible value for money & looked & tasted amazing! £50 including a glass of Prosecco. So refreshing not to have a plate of boring sandwiches The staff were delightful & the restaurant was lovely. I will definitely be returning.
