A greedy, unsympathetic restaurant. My friend booked this restaurant by mistake for my birthday as it has exactly the same name as our local one in Caerleon, difference is this one is 3 hours away. Unfortunately she didn't realise until the night when we turned up at the Caerloen one to no reservation. This restaurant went ahead and took the £25 per person deposit from my friend, which is an extortionate deposit anyway. But absolutely no compromise, she asked if they would consider £10 per person, but was flatly refused. So she lost £175! A Saturday night when they would easily get another booking. Luckily the Caerloen restaurant were fully accommodating and managed to fit us in after an hour at 2130. Edit - THIS IS NOT FALSE and now being called a liar!. I can easily upload the payment you took and the payment we made at the Caerloen restaurant.

A fascinating evening in the coolest place around. Live music, people having fun...it's been too long.
