El personal era miserable, la chica en la caja no me hablaba inglés claramente y dijeron que no podían aceptar mi tarjeta de identificación de descuento nhs almacenada en mi teléfono. Este es el primer Nando’s en el que he estado donde no los aceptan. Un poco de corriente, así que no podía quitarnos los abrigos. No recomendaría este Nando’s en absoluto.

I ordered the peri peri chips and the grilled chicken breast fillet in a pitta which had a garlic butter parsley sauce; in the pitta there were caramelized onions and grilled halloumi! I was very satisfied with the food!

The service at Nando’s Star City is a disgrace. The girl taking orders was aggressive from the second we approached — zero manners, zero respect. Acting like she was doing us a favour by even speaking. Raised an issue about the Blue Light Card and she got even worse, full attitude for no reason at all. Asked for the manager thinking it would be handled properly — but he was even more pathetic. No apology, no control, no customer service skills whatsoever. Just stood there looking clueless, like he wasn’t trained to do anything beyond breathing. If you want to be treated like a problem instead of a paying customer, this is the place for you. Nando’s should be ashamed this branch even carries their name. Absolute embarrassment.
