The best restaurants serving Portuguese food in Newcastle upon Tyne North East

Visited earlier with 4 of my friends and was told 10 minute waiting time for table, ended up waiting 35 minutes and a table of 7, a table of 4, a table of 10 and many more were sat before us. The workers were not apologetic for the waiting time and we ended up leaving without being seated and no food. I understand it’s busy with Christmas season but we felt very ignored, very bad customer service.
