The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Hanworth Park Hounslow London

Orderd from here this evening and I have nothing postive to say other than the delivery driver was friendly. There was an item missing from my order that he went back and got very quickly so that was good….. unfortunately though the whole meal was just terrible. Undercooked and soggy. I got two pizzas and one had the main topping ( that I orderd extra of! ) missing and both where soggy. I got chicken kickers and they were so badly cooked half the coating wasn’t actually on the chicken. Then to make it better I call the shop and the woman who answerd simply didn’t care atall. An unapologetic sorry and and constantly “ what” was all that achieved. Before the shop feel the need to tell me to fill out the online form I have! Yet the order was so awful I looked up and store and saw it’s been awful for literally YEARS.

I’ve always had amazing memories in Pizza Hut as growing up I was taken to Pizza Hut often by my parents. It’s been a few years where I’ve felt it’s not the same and it’s not down to the food but it’s more of the customer service side of things. The manger in the Feltham leisure center and Hayes Lombardy center restaurant is the same and alternates between the two. He is exceptionally rude and makes you feel so uncomfortable as soon as you enter. The staff in both places never want to help and look for ways in not getting you seated. Recently my visit to the Feltham restaurant was the final straw. I came across the same manager I dread every time I visit and immediately felt I had made the wrong decision by visiting. The food was brought out late even though it was meant to be a buffet and should have been available constantly. The pasta was barely enough for 2 people both the times it was brought out and burnt the second time after waiting 15 minutes each time. When I mentioned it to the staff she ignored me and walked off which I thought was extremely rude as I was already uncomfortable with the manager being around.
