"NAPOLI PIZZERIA"-NW10 AWFUL SERVICE. Half of order missing. Had to chase them via phone on night of order & was promised the missing items were on their way- they never came & nobody bothered to let us know. The next evening I had to repeat the same process chasing them on the phone. This time just 1 of the missing items was delivered & still the drink was missing. I tried to tell the delivery driver, but he was just running away out of sight saying I'll have to call up... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. So I called up AGAIN & their communication was very bad, failing to listen so I was accused of lying. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. *NOTE: To add insult, the quality of the food that was delivered was poor & basic. Nothing to do with Napoli/ Italy in any way, so false advertising to use Napoli's name- there is nothing Italian about this joke of a business. At best, their quality is likened to an overpriced poundland.

No me molestaría en ordenar desde aquí. Pre-ordenamos algunas pizzas para llegar a nuestro trabajo a la 1 pm ya que es Navidad y 40 minutos después no han aparecido. Verificamos a la 1 y todavía estaban en la etapa de preparación, intentamos llamar desde entonces y nunca se molestaron en levantar el teléfono. La mayoría de las personas han tenido que regresar al trabajo porque tienen clientes con citas que no almuerzan. I went yesterday night to this place with a dozen of colleagues to celebrate Christmas. I've had one of the worst experience in a bar/restaurant. The service was beyond poor with a wait of nearly an hour before being served any drinks. The waiters seemed to be busy with another group downstairs and completely disregard us for almost an hour. The food was really really bad (frozen pizzas, and tomato pasta student-style - no joke). Overall, the fun was there because of the people, but the whole group agreed that the place very bad on absolutely every points.

It was limper than my willy, soggier than my pants. Pepperoni, more like peppermoany. I'd rather eat a soggy tissue

Si piensa que al dominó ofrece el servicio y la comida consistente en cada ubicación - piense otra vez. Esta sucursal es simplemente terrible. Nuestro pedido llegó (y era incorrecto) después de casi una hora y las pizzas parecía tener lo que sólo puede ser descrito como carretera matar, ni disculpa de nadie en la tienda cuando llamamos para protestar y luego esperar más de 20 minutos para reemplazar el orden. Sencillamente una vergüenza, no hace falta decir que la próxima vez orden chino!

Feel absolutly insulted. The food in this site is Great, I eat from this site three or four times a week and always great. After a long day at work the last thing I expect is to be told how to order a thin and crispy pizza ( it's a new policy). As much as I like Dominos, no longer from this site. Service is normally spot on and would review this site with five stars any other day, but to be treated like an idiot ( how I was made to feel - with your man pointing at trays - which made no difference as could.not see inside any of the blue trays he was pointing at). So it's a shame as I will no longer return to this site. Pizza hut (just across.the road) are not great and they only do the Italian thin and crispy but at least they seem genuine to have your custom and even double check your order. Great shame.
