The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Hinckley and Bosworth East Midlands

Never ordered from this place before. I thought because it was award winning it would be lovely, but I was wrong! Awful food! Ordered chips, tinned roe, fish and kebab meat. The batter on the tinned roe was wet, soggy and clumpy and the roe was sloppy and definitely undercooked. Gave me a severe upset stomach for a good few days. Would avoid going to this chip shop. Not great at all. Not a happy customer.

The pizzas here are generally good, and I’ve enjoyed them in the past, but my most recent experience left much to be desired. On one of the days, the cheese on my pizza seemed off, which was surprising and unusual for this establishment. It lacked the consistency and flavor I’ve come to expect, leaving me wondering if it was an issue with freshness or preparation that day. The texture just didn’t feel right, and it somewhat detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Another significant issue was with the app's order tracking system. The status updates were exceedingly slow, taking a full 20 minutes to progress through each stage from preparation to collection. By the time I arrived at the store, the pizza had already been sitting out for a while, which resulted in it being cold. This was particularly disappointing, as I had relied on the app to give me an accurate timeline. The delay in updates not only caused inconvenience but also negatively affected the quality of the food. While the pizzas are typically enjoyable, these inconsistencies in both the food quality and the ordering process have made me hesitate about returning. A more reliable app system and consistent attention to detail in food preparation would go a long way toward improving the overall experience. .

I rang up to place order over the phone to be told we don’t deliver to hotels because it is not in the Hinckley area and try to order on line and that was cancelled online through just eat. Will not be using these again
