The best restaurants serving Other international-cuisines food in Argyll & Bute Central Scotland

Visited specifically for breakfast as the vegan options sounded amazing, alas, we were too late. Lunch it was then. And we were not disappointed. We opted for the soup and the three sides deal which was plenty to fuel us for our ongoing afternoon walk. Their coffee is TREMENDOUS! All the food coming out from the kitchen looked incredible and we watched the chefs take great care in the plates they were se ding out - wonderful attention to detail and quite clearly a passion. Friendly and attentive staff and they even allowed us to charge our electricals during our visit. Did I mention the coffee?!! Soooo so good. All in all a great place. Cool vibe, delicious food and excellent portions, excellent service and definitely one of the best coffees I’ve ever tasted. A return visit is absolutely needed to both try other menu items and yes, for more of that coffee🤎 Thank you. 🙏

Lovely little inn and restaurant. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly. Get the Cullen Skink Soup—a Scottish tradition.

Comically bad. We stopped for a coffee an have had the worst coffee, and the worst service. When we asked for some coffees two members of staff argued about who was to make it. When it arrived the coffee jug and tray were dirty. There was no coffee grounds in the coffee jug. It was undrinkable. When I politely complained, l was told it had been coffee granules, & l should have complained earlier. It was the worst service l have had, and the worst coffee., anywhere in Scotland.

Horrific. Afternoon tea was a joke. No cafetiere. A teapot with cold hot water and a bowl of single packs of room service type nescafe single packs coffee/tea. Hot water luke warm and promptly sent back requesting it to be hot and aslo to bring some milk for the table. Very small dainty sandwiches nothing like their picture with side salad consisting of dead lettuce and shredded carrots. The scones were dry fruit scones which tasted well past their date life and sourced from lidl. No butter either! Very dainty one bite mini mini cakes. Save your money. Wish I had.
