This supper club is a great concept he (Sam) created a large kitchen in this industrial unit some years ago and uses to support his functions and wedding catering , what he has done now is convert the storage spaces around the kitchen into little quirky eating places (his old office is one of them) but the hub is the kitchen . He was always a great chef but his food is now at another level combining sticky ribs and Asian tastes on the same plate .
