The Supper Club in West Dorset

This supper club is a great concept he (Sam) created a large kitchen in this industrial unit some years ago and uses to support his functions and wedding catering , what he has done now is convert the storage spaces around the kitchen into little quirky eating places (his old office is one of them) but the hub is the kitchen . He was always a great chef but his food is now at another level combining sticky ribs and Asian tastes on the same plate . The food comes well presented on wood boards and trust me starve yourself throughout the day the portions are massive. The whole vibe of the place is casual and very friendly. Go there you won’t be disappointed

We visited the Hungry Mule Supper Club and couldn’t recommend visiting enough! Sam served up a coastal fish based menu expertly put together. The presentation was incredible throughout and it all tasted delicious. An absolute must visit and we can’t wait to visit again soon.

We were lucky enough to get a table for 4 at the HM Fish Supperclub. From the canopies to the dessert, every dish was a delight. Service was warm and friendly and the setting was very cosy and nicely lit. The cod cheeks, herb crusted fillet, the pea fritter, the curried sauce and juicy prawns. I’m not sure which was my favourite, as all so delicious, but I left fully satisfied with the 4 scrumptious courses.

Had a really incredible time with delicious fresh food and lovely staff. Super friendly, very comfortable and welcoming space, would definitely recommend! 🤗

Ribs ribs ribs What can I say other than perfect, the food is honestly the best you’ll get in Bridport and the surrounding areas, in fact I think you’d struggle to get better ribs and chicken any where. Every thing was a taste sensation your tastebuds didn’t know existed. Perfectly seasons, packed with flavour and moreish, when we had finished we were all so stuffed but would have happily eaten our selves on to a food coma. The staff are amazing, from the waitstaff to the guys in the kitchen, always happy with smiles on their faces, happy to help and answer any questions we had about each dish.The venue is an old industrial unit which adds a charm to the whole experience you won’t find any where else. I’m so glad we have this in Bridport and can’t wait to go back. Would highly recommend it to any one local or just visiting. If you’re in 2 mins about trying this place, just get down there and give them a go, you definitely won’t be disappointed. Even better, it’s bring your own booze, but they will provide glasses and ice on the night, that’s a good enough reason to visit on it own.

At Supper Club Food was fantastic The best ive had in Bridport . I would say to anybody who is thinking about trying it to do it.

The Supper Club is a real gem. We’ve been 3 times and have just booked to go again before Christmas. On each occasion the dishes were excellent and varied. Sam and his staff made us feel very welcome. We always take friends and family if they come and stay. If you go make sure to write on the comments wall.

Amazing food that just kept coming! Beautiful to look at, exquisite taste sensations. Great attention to detail on presentation of food. Great friendly service and impeccably organised. Been twice and looking forward to going again. Supper Club is one to watch. You will not regret it. And such good value for money

A relaxed atmosphere in a creative setting. A bit cold on arrival but it soon warmed up. The food was excellent, every course served to perfection and generous portions. The parsnip chips were scrummy. We took our own wine and no corkage fees. Great value for money with attentive staff. Will definitely go again. Good luck with the venture.

Highly recommend Sam and his team’s food! Food that truly does taste as good as it looks! Our friends and family loved it as much as we did! If you haven’t visited the Supper Club yet then you need to add this to your to do list when in Bridport!

Brilliant atmosphere, laid back place with incredible food and service. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and the team could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place 👍

Just a short walk from bridport town centre, we spent an evening being spoilt by the hungry mule/ supper club team. The staff made sure that our drinks were chilled and topped up throughout the night. The beautifully presented and tasty courses did not disappoint....
