The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in Coldside Dundee City Central Scotland

Ordered drinks before food, expected our drinks straight away,we waited 15 minutes for our drinks, We did ask for them but we're told to wait for others to get there meals ?? Only 3 tables were on so not busy.. Only one staff member doing everything which didn't work. It's sad because the food is good but the waiting is so annoying, More staff required
