The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in Berkhamsted East Dacorum East of England

Went for 60th birthday meal. Setting and staff were both very good. Unfortunately let down by slowness of food coming out and when it eventually did, was cold. There wasn't any shortage of bar and waiting staff, so issues presumably were in kitchen.
