Most delicious food nearby, made of fresh and quality ingredients. Lovely staff and chef. Excellent coffee and especially winter tea ( my kids love it ). Pancakes with soft cheese and fresh raspberry souce - just class. Pulled pork wrap - 5 stars Irish breakfast - stuffed All just great. I ordered food from Loft27 on my 40s bd party. Just amazing. On time, hot and delicious. My guests couldn’t stop trying from wide range of snacks, mini burgers (with beef or pulled pork with fried bacon - just yiammy ) and other hot meals. Highly recommend

Went to Love Coffee on a Thursday evening for a movie night with my daughter. Suck a lovely little quirky cafe. Lots of sweet treats to choose from as well as excellent coffee and hot chocolate. Would definitely recommend and we’ll definitely be back.

Leafy Green's and Tony are a National Treasure. This man is an Artist, his cuisine is his Art. Best vegan food in Ireland. The best value side dish is Tony's humour served with a healthy dose of country banter. 😁🥰

Waited at counter to place an order staff did not even acknowledge I was there They were busy reheating food and I saw them emptying a jar of sweet and sour sauce into a jug, heating it in microwave and then adding it to chicken before serving it.Whilst I stood patiently waiting to be served ,another woman came up to the till and was served before me.At that point I left and had my dinner in Grouchos up the street.

For two weeks, we started most mornings in Kilkeel with big, welcoming smiles and delicious, reasonably priced breakfasts from Janet and her staff at Neptune's Larder Cafe. Highly recommend this cafe for breakfast and lunch. David and Marian

A bijou ice cream and coffee cafe along Kilkeel Main Street. Its really cosy with comfy seating. The folks serving are delightful. Kilkeel is a small village in the Mourne mountains on the Co Down coast with a fishing fleet. It has two fish producer organisations on the small harbour but I don't know why one isn't enough and I suppose I don't much care, I just noticed it. The cafe sells delicious Mauds ice cream and it's simply better than any other ice cream I've ever had - so there - ya can keep yer Häagan Dazs and Gerry & Ben. Clarke's too and as for Baskin Robbins - well no thank you very much. Mauds has been in the Ice Cream age now for over 40 years. I've been eating delicious Pooh Bear (honeycomb & vanilla) and my wife mint choc chip all that time. One medium Pooh one small (which isn't small) mint both cones £4.35. What's their secret, as well as taking for granted top notch premium ingredients is the one ingredient never ever on any label Overrun. Mauds doesn't have it. See what you can find from your ice provider of choice as most large scale manufactured ice cream is made up of 30% - 50% air content on average, so you may not have noticed that you are being ripped off. As well as paying for air, the cheap ice - cream makers also treat you to nonfat milk solids, corn syrup solids, mono and diglycerides, cellulose gum, guar gum, carrageenan, artificial colour, and artificial flavour. All to inflate their profit margins. Yum yum?

Most enjoyable late lunch in a very unexpected place - Portuguese food served by friendly attentive staff. We asked for dish recommendations and duck rice (arroz de pato) and Francesinha were the offering. We were advised that they would take about 15 mins to prepare and they were well worth the wait. Both were delicious - the Francesinha is a traditional sandwich of steak, ham, chipolata and linguiça covered in melted cheese with a tomato and beer sauce served with tomato and beer sauce and a bowl of chips. It was delicious and filling - only for the very hungry carnivore! Decor is cafe style. Good coffee!

Beautiful cafe. I go here almost every day. The coffee is great and the owners are the nicest people, always a smile and a chat to be had. Definitely my favourite cafe in Newry

Went to Rowan Tree Cafe on their first Steak night where bring your own bottle was an added bonus. Situated in a small enterprise centre on the outskirts of Pomeroy this small cafe offered much more than steak. With four in our party we were greeted warmly by joint owner Helen and our superb waitress for the evening Aishling. Menus read we had a variety of starters including leek and potato soup, mushrooms and salted chilli chicken. Empty plates for all 4 starters evidence of well cooked well presented food. Mains ordered were 3 steaks and seared salmon with pasta. Steaks appeared to be much larger than 8oz cooked as ordered and accompanied with beef tomatoes mushrooms chips, mash and onion rings as standard not as extras. Great food which was also served quickly. Onto desserts 3 ordered, apple crumble and custard, white chocolate sponge and custard and choc cake with ice cream. Large helpings delicious and great end to the evening. With 4 very well satisfied diners the bill was also a surprise which when compared to other eating establishments in neighbouring villages and towns represented great value for money. With the bring your own bottle option which did not incur any corkage charges this was a really enjoyable dining experience made also even more so as the cafe had no blaring music allowing all diners to have conversations without the need for shouting. Whilst the cafe is small and has little in the way of ornate furnishings what it offers in buckets is great food, great service, great value and a very warm welcome and appreciation of your business. It was also noticeable that the cafe also had a high level of take away calls which is a good sign of quality. So folks keep an eye out on Rowan Tree Facebook for the next steak night and get your table booked you will not be disappointed. We will certainly be back.
