The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Downshire Castlereagh South Eastern NI

I visited this restaurant once before and had an absolutely wonderful meal. I was looking forward to going again and arrived at 14:30 on a Monday afternoon in mid-June. They were closed despite it saying online (in at least two different places) that they’d be open until 16:00. Very disappointing.
