I’m very disappointed by the customer service I got, ive been looking so forward to coming to hola guacamole as it represents my home country and wanted to make a family day out of it, I was spoken to with a lot of disrespect by a lady with tattoos on her arm, she continuously stopped preparing my food to speak to friends and also using very foul language in front of my kids and vaping inside the kitchen which I don’t think is very professional or hygienic she is very careless about her job and isnt putting a good look on the company , I really hope nobody has to face the same treatment that I got.

If you don’t eat here you are NOT LIVING everything is amazing from the tacos to the wings and even the best churros I have ever had !

Update: Good to see location appears to have been shut down by Public Health. A Big mistake ordering from here. In October 2023, I ordered food as takeaway from here and fell violently ill within 1 hour of eating the food. Ended up being the worst food poisoning of my life for 2 weeks. I had to undergo treatment by antibiotics to kill off the bacteria. Public Health England investigators were in contact with me after my gp test results came back with such virulent strains found in my body, which caused the sickness. I still have the letter from the health department and the takeaway order details on just eats from 19/10/2023. Reconsider ordering from here - sadly they clearly are not concerned about health standards in their kitchen. They would likely have had multiple customers fall ill on the same day as me in October last year, and been contacted/ inspected by Public Health also. I still have ongoing health impacts 11 months later from this incident.

Brazilian snacks with that coffee and at the bottom there is a mini restaurant where you can order a dish or enjoy the buffet. And even if you're in a hurry, you can't even pack a lunch box

Visité Sonora para desayunar por recomendación de un lugareño. Se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de la estación Kensal Green. Pedí un bagel de huevo, el chico de la caja me dijo que acababan de hacer uno que estaba en exhibición, pero él haría uno fresco si yo prefería de esa manera. Le dije que preferiría café fresco, no respondió y procedió con el pedido al que le añadí café. Bagel fue servido que obviamente no estaba fresco. Los huevos estaban secos, el condimento era inexistente y carecía de cualquier sabor o carácter. El café estaba bien, pero nada especial para escribir a casa. El precio yo diría que pasable. Me decepcionó mi visita. La única razón por la que agregué una estrella extra es que encontré ambiente y atmósfera bastante frescos. Nada más que recomendar o mencionar.

I regularly grab a vegan burrito here on my way home from theatre. Lots of veg and beans. Very filling and tasty, a great cheap meal.

The manager is in desperate need of food hygiene and customer service training. I ordered a burger and noticed that large segments of the burger were pink after I had already eaten some. When I brought this to the attention of the store manager he couldn't care less and was extremely condescending. He said "so what do you want me to do" and that "this is how chicken should look". I was in utter shock that a grown man of his advanced age could blatantly lie and show such contempt to his customers. I was then not surprised to see that this place was rated 2 stars for food hygiene and noticed that other customers have left reviews complaining about this "manager" and the lack of quality of the food. It is shocking that this place is able to operate in this manner as they obviously do not care about the safety of their customers. Stay away from this place as it is not worth your money or your health!!!
