Coal Office es un restaurante en la cima de su juego. ¡Todo fue genial! Comida deliciosa, servicio amable maravilloso, ambiente cómodo y cálido. Nos encantó cada minuto. Espero volver muy pronto. 🍾

I went with a friend who has reduced mobility. Booked in advance and told restaurant is on first floor but lift provided. This was true but there are stairs to be negotiated to reach the lift! Arrived at the "wait to be seated sign" with nobody in attendance. Walked through to the dining area to be ignored by staff who admittedly were serving at tables. Intercepted one and was sent back to the entrance desk where eventually somebody was found to conduct us to a table. Service slow - we were on our main course before pre dinner drinks arrived, food ordinary. There are many better restaurants than this at these prices.

I ordered one Loubieh B'Zeit (With Rice) and received one Bamieh B'Zeit (With Rice) instead, which we hate it!
