Recently moved to hockley and have always wanted to try Neil’s bar and kitchen and we finally did this weekend. Food was lovely and owners are very nice. We will definitely be returning soon.
3 hours for delivery and when we called to ask where the order was we were hung up on! Took 5 attempts to get through to someone and was offered a refund of £20! Absolutely despicable service and an insult! The owner should not be accepting orders he cannot fulfil!
Ordered large chips and I must say they were the worst chips we had ever had. They were white, hard, and just about warm. You couldn't even put them between bread to disguise the look and taste. £7 in the bin for two large chips, never again.
