The best restaurants serving Japanese food in Micklegate York Yorkshire and The Humber

Very good sushi. Never had the Tokoyaki before it was tasty. Got via Uber Eats. Everything nicely prepared. Packaged well. Delivery was quick. Yummy!

Nipped in hoping to take home some sushi for lunch as a treat for my day off. The waiter was so polite and attentive I ended up sitting down to look at the menu and opted to eat in for prawn soba noodles. The food was absolutely delicious and more than plentiful. I couldn't finish it in one sitting but the waiter was happy to box it up for me so I have a lovely lunch for work tomorrow too and all for £12!! The food, value and ambience was great but what really made my visit was the lovely waiter who couldn't do enough for his diners. I'll be back :)

The food and flavours here are amazing. New menu so defo try the hot pot and firecracker honey chicken. Staff are friendly and seated very well.
