This restaurant/hotel was closed for a while and this was our first chance to visit since it reopened. The service was excellent as was the food. Good restaurants seem to be few and far between nowadays. All we get are national brands, so its good to see an independent offering a great night out.

What brilliant folks in here, can't thank them enough. Baled me out big time when I suffered a Pizza Dough catastrophe. Gave then a shout on the off chance and they sorted me out with a massive bag of the best Pizza dough. It rose like a dream and tasted ace. And by the way, I have also eaten here and the food is always spot on, but this was a bit 'above and beyond'. Fantastic team, thanks so much!!

Stayed in hotel from Saturday 27th till Tuesday 30th. Rooms were very clean and bed was excellent. All staff were very pleasant and well mannered, and went over and above to make the stay very pleasurable. Food in restaurant was excellent and even cooked a dish not on menu for me to try.

Lovely wee spot, food was enjoyed very much but the portions were so small we couldn't believe our eyes..we thought prices were reasonable until we realised there was barely any food in the plates..we also ordered quite a lot of wine thinking we'd be able to match it with the amount of food and it was a bit disappointing. Must admit we left the restaurant and went to get a burger to fill up our bellies! I still recommend this place as the food was really tasty, service was great and the staff very friendly!

Absolutely incredible ice cream. I tried many flavours over a few days. The coffee crunch and bounty ice creams were my favourite but they were all amazing. I don’t know how I am going to cope not being able to eat this everyday anymore now that I’ve left Fraserburgh.

I love Borsalino! We stay in Edinburgh but visit my in-laws in Aberdeen very often and we always have dinner at Borsalino. The food is lovely, authentic high quality Italian, beautiful homemade pasta dishes, always lovely fish and a great wine list. It's family friendly, my boys love their pizza and gelato coppa mista. I highly recommend it. If you are lucky, you might get a sonata concert from one of their charming staff members, totally unmissable!!

This is a gorgeous restaurant with a rustic Italian feel. The tables are nicely spaced apart and the decor is lovely. The food was amazing, my wife had the ‘best lasagna of her life’ and the skewer with various meats was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend it. I’ve taken off a mark for the owner berating the staff for ‘too much cutter chatter’ infront of customers. There was no need, the young inexperienced staff were lovey and friendly and the girl with the red hair was running the show wonderfully.

We looked at the reviews and booked. Welcomed into restaurant and given menus and asked for drinks order. I went rogue and didn’t ask for gluten free anything as wanted to taste the Italian bread. I had a huge salad along with two rolls ( looked like French petit baguettes?) . I don’t think they were Italian bread, as advertised! Husband had garlic prawns-very tasty he said. I had penne arrabbiata and husband had lasagne and chips. The food was delicious and we were stuffed. The only negative was the coldness of restaurant- we were at the window but the place was cold.
