The best restaurants serving Italian food in Oban North and Lorn Argyll & Bute Central Scotland

We were going out with friends for a meal and we recommended Porcini. They were not disappointed. They absolutely loved it. You can usually tell how nice a place is by the cleanliness of the toilets, and this is no exception. The place is beautifully decorated and is immaculately clean. The food is fabulous and the service second to none. Definitely the best restaurant in Oban and if you like Italian, this is the place to come. We will most definitely be back!

Ordered a munchie box and got the worse thing I’ve ever seen. Received an un-advertised pizza base in the munchie box underneath 2x pieces chicken pakora and 2x pieces veg pakora both of which were greasy, hard and just unedible. Chips average, donner meat was a joke and unbelievably greasy. Not worth £15.

Great choice and perfect service for someone who is gluten and dairy free. Service was very attentive. Had a delicious pasta dish following wonderful minestrone
