Cancelled our order twice! This wouldn't be an issue had they done it immediately, however they let us wait 30 minutes both times. Appalling service. Do not order from Little Dough.

Made a booking for 6 Nov, didn’t get a confirmation email. Tried calling them but no answer. We went there hoping for a lovely meal and the place was closed, no idea if there was an emergency and they’ve not been around etc. Not great especially as they are usually excellent. Surely if you are closed for a bit, put something on your voicemail and stop the website from allowing bookings to be made.

The restaurant manager sorted out my order which wasn't delivered by Uber eats.He was very helpful and professional. Pizza was great too. Recommend this restaurant.

Terrible service i asked for a manager or the problem to be resolved and the staff failed - Avoid terrible customer service and staff who cant follow instructions

Been waiting 90 minutes for food and it’s still not here and they won’t answer the phone to atleast reassure us we aren’t being ripped off. It’s not 2.27am and no food

Food was good service was great. quality not bad. I'd love to give this place another chance maybe I came in on an off day for them
