The restaurant manager sorted out my order which wasn't delivered by Uber eats.He was very helpful and professional. Pizza was great too. Recommend this restaurant.

Hardly ever used Pizza Hut to begin with - will certainly never use another after the appalling, rude service we received here.

Pizza Hut sirve mis pizzas favoritas, así que decidí venir a comer antes de salir para Halloween. Mi novio y yo éramos las únicas personas en el restaurante, sin embargo, la camarera no vino a ordenar, tuvimos que ir al escritorio, ¿es algo nuevo que ha cambiado? Elimina parte de lo que hace un restaurante, y definitivamente no recomendaría de esta manera. Nuestra comida tardó 45 minutos en llegar (a pesar de ser los únicos allí casi todo el tiempo). La iluminación es horrible. Brillante e incómodo, sin atmósfera en absoluto. La ensalada apenas había salido, casi faltaba todo y 2 salsas que pedí también se habían ido. ? Escribiendo esto ahora porque quería pedir comida para llevar de Pizza Hut y mi novio dijo que no en base a esta experiencia: (perdí a un cliente habitual de una visita a este (que ahora es mi vista local). The staff were really friendly and engaged in polite conversation as they showed us the menu, took payments and served food. I like it how you can pay at the till now so there’s no waiting around to order more drinks or to get the bill. Our wait for food was sufficient and the pizza was delicious.

Hadn't been to Pizza Hut since I was a kid, and won't be going back. £30 for a sharing pizza and a drink each, and I just can't understand how you can justify the cost. It's essentially self-service (the waitresses were nice though), there's no vibe, and the pizza might as well be a frozen pizza (it's edible, but not the quality you expect when you eat out). If you're in the city centre and looking for pizza, this has to be the worst place. I'd walk a minute down the road and go to Kommune if I were you, or even just go to a local takeaway.

£15 buys pizza, cheesy garlic bread, unlimited salad and a bottle of bud. The pizza was slightly undercooked - a couple of minutes more maybe needed so the last slice had a soggy bottom. Everything else great. Staff were friendly and efficient - food came quick enough. I don't like this idea of pay at the counter in advance - downgrades the place from restaurant to fast food joint yet they price like a restaurant. So a star knocked off. I'm guessing the staff don't get tips anymore and they can run on fewer waiting staff. So I'm also guessing the only ones happy with this are the bosses. Would it put me off a return visit... absolutely yes.

I asked for a bit of warm pizza sauce to dip my pizza crusts in and was told "the manager says we can't do that". I have requested this in every pizza hut restaurant I have been to on the last twelve years (including this one that I have been to 12 times). Also, my wife asked for no chips but for corn and was brought chips. When the waitress came, my wife pointed out that she had not asked for chips to be told "yes you did" by the waitress. You don't do that. You don't call your customers liars. Bad customer service and my response is to write this review, and attend one of the many other pizza restaurants that Sheffield has to offer instead next time.

£30 for me to take two teenagers to the buffet. Too expensive. I think that the buffet price should include a soft drink per person. Horrible view of an alleyway covered in graffiti. Won't be visiting again.

I ordered from this hut in July, the app crashed after I tried 3 times and said my order wasn’t taken so I called the Hut and placed an order that way, they said they got my order through the app but they’ll cancel it as I was ringing to order over the phone and pay cash with this order. 45 minutes later my order turned up, which I paid cash for, later I checked my bank and I had been charged for the orders I tried to place through the crashed app. So I was charged £50+ for food I never got or wanted. I have tried multiple times to ring and email customer services with no response on email and waited 30 minutes on the phone before I gave up. I finally got through one day and they said your refund should of been put back on your card- which is hasn’t. I rang them back a week later and they said we’ll have to contact the people who issue to refund to check why it hasn’t gone through. I rang today and they said there having technical problems and it’s still being requested..... The customer service was terrible, blunt and miserable advisors who clearly don’t care, all I want is my money back for the food I never got and was charged for it shouldn’t be this hard as it’s been over 2 MONTHS !!

We waited for about 40 minutes after ordering to ask where our food was (which was already overly generous), turns out it had been given to another table (??). No one came to check even though it was obvious that we had been waiting a while and since dinner rush was over it was quieter. Not sure how that happened as it was a vegetarian option and not the most popular. After reordering we waited another 30 minutes for it to turn up, for it to be cold. Had obviously been sitting for a while. Manager first promised vouchers, then said it would be easier to offer a free dessert (and was pushy about not offering vouchers) before disappearing, as he promised to come back over. Didn’t feel like waiting any longer for the said dessert so we left. Very dissatisfied and it wasn’t that cheap.

I will mever step foot in that pizza hut again with my children. And its all down to the manager Luke! I had bought a child buffet for my 5 year old, and my 10 month old was eating off his plate because under 12 month is free, He accused me of eating food when I hadnt touched anything, so I said show me the camera footage. he saud I havnt got time. he just said Ill phone the police o you and get you bard from here and I said no way am I paying for a 10 month old when under 1's eat free. He was addimant that I ate something but wouldnt show me the cameras. I am fuming. I took his name and reported him straight wlaway to the pizzahut headquarters. Horrible experiance in there!!

Great location, good variety of food, great prices as it includes the unlimited salad. The food was amazing and when we couldn’t eat it all we were given a box to take it away with us. Staff were very helpful and the restaurant is very clean and great decor.

Visited with a group of 30 following a sport event. We hadn’t booked but popped in hoping they could accommodate. Staff were excellent. Quick service and food was delivered hot and well cooked. Nothing was too much trouble. Team an absolute credit. Well done.

Thank you Lilly for looking after me and Florence my granddaughter when we visited your resturant today .Iwas feeling rubbish with a heavy cold and Florence was being a bit awkward anal you took over and settled her down and sorted out just what we needed and the visit was really a pleasant experience .I have not been to Pizza Hut for a while but the food was lovely so we will be back .THANK YOU LILLY FOR THE NICE EXPERIANCE. Went here on a Thursday late night and the staff and meal was amazing. This is one of the pizza huts trolling the order and pay at counter. It was perfectly explained to us by Luke the manager who was very nice. Also recommended places we can go to after for some drinks etc.

Visited Pizza Hut last night with a friend! We ordered the big sharer as always. The food was lovely and fresh. The cookie dough took nearly an hour to come out and we ended up being the last ones in the restaurant which was rather frustrating! The waitress didn’t even come over to ask if everything was okay as she was busy talking to just one table. I eventually had to get her attention about the cookie dough. I don’t usually mind waiting but we were getting rather bored and tired!

Went with a group of about 15. Salad bar needed filling. Didn’t get my starter. Meals took ages to come then and hour and a half gab between first and last meal so some of us were finished while others still waiting for meals. Do not recommend going in large groups.

Mi hijo y yo fuimos a Pizza Hut. El formato ha cambiado y el restaurante ha tenido una reforma. Ahora ordena en el "bar" y luego la comida se lleva a la mesa. La pizza estaba bien, el bar de ensaladas era decepcionante y el servicio no era muy entusiasta. Sin embargo, a pesar de la reparación, realmente quería decir que los inodoros son los peores que he visto en cualquier cadena de la calle principal. Trabajaron, pero estaban sucios: lavabos manchados y asientos de inodoro en los que realmente no me gustaría sentarme. Realmente me quita las ganas de volver Si ese es el estado de los baños, ¿cómo es la cocina?

La decoración aquí es genial. Es un lugar muy bonito. Sin embargo hay algunos aspectos mediocres. Mi hijo y yo elegimos el buffet de 'todo lo que puedas comer' hoy. Muchas de las bandejas estaban vacías la mayor parte del tiempo que estuvimos allí. Cuando finalmente llegamos a la pizza fue agradable pero tibio. El área de la ensalada se veía bien desde lejos, pero los alimentos se cruzaban de una caja a otra y se contaminaban entre sí. Me encanta la idea de la máquina de bebidas gaseosas, pero el área alrededor no estaba limpia. Las bebidas derramadas se dejaron allí la mayor parte del tiempo que estuvimos allí. Volveré porque me encanta Pizza Hut pero intentaré convertirla en una de las otras sucursales.

Decepcionante no es la palabra. Esperó 20 minutos una mesa solo para que nos tomara una espera más tiempo hasta que se despejara otra. Después de que ordenamos, conseguimos el plato principal antes del entrante y mi compañero encontró un metal afeitado en su comida. El personal lo dejó completamente en blanco al tratar de llamar su atención. En general, muy decepcionante.

Mi compañero y yo habíamos estado compitiendo en los estanques de forja y estábamos hambrientos. El personal de Pizza Hut nos informó en la puerta que sus hornos se habían roto y que habría más de una hora de espera para la comida, a pesar de que solo había un contable de 4 personas en el restaurante. El personal no era servicial o acogedor, así que comimos en otro lugar. Muy decepcionante para pizza hut, que en general son realmente confiables.

We went to Pizza Hut as it was the first place we could see and we were starving. As we sat down we were told there would be no table service and to order our food at the till. The staff didn’t really seem to care about their jobs or the people they were serving. People kept coming in and sitting down at random tables, rather than being served. When ordering we were told there was no stuffed crust or cheesy bites crust - why else would you go to Pizza Hut? There was food all over the floor and whilst an employee attempted to sweep this up they only did a half-hearted job. Food remained on the floor. The salad bar was quite empty and it was quite obvious that the apples had been covered rather too generously with lemon/lime juice to stop them going brown. Disgusting. The food came. We were bought food we didn’t order. This then happened to the majority of tables sat around us. The food was okay. Our chips were undercooked. There was a HAIR in one of our meals. This is simply unacceptable. Is there no hygiene here? We then sat for 15 minutes after we’d finished our food and nobody came to take it away. Where are the staff? Certainly will be going elsewhere next time.

Very friendly staff but very poor result from the food that I received. Everyone has their own opinions but I'll let my photo say it all.

Very disappointed with this Pizza Hut. I was very much looking forward to my free salad bowl with my meal but it seems that Pizza Hut have now done away with this. I assume it's all Pizza Huts and not just this one. They have also done away with the table service so you have to go to the counter with your order and pay for your meal there and then. This isn't really a problem for us except that when we came to pay the card machine asked if we would be paying a service tip. At this point the waitress had only shown us to our table and handed us a menu. She had done nothing else to be worthy of a tip. If we receive good service we usually pay a tip but we refuse to just for being shown to a table which we could have found oursleves anyway as the place was empty at 5pm apart from one couple. I think Pizza Hut has gone downhill and we won't be going back

We visited for lunch and chose to have the lunchtime buffet where you can choose form the pasta, pizza and salad that is out. It was lunch time on a Friday and the pizza was coming out very slowly. So much so that at times there was no pizza at all and people were just stood around waiting. It is now self service where you go to the counter and order your food. You also pour your own drinks. So there was no service to rate. Maybe they should have pizza ovens out so we can cook our own! I guess it is one way to make more profit by not putting any pizza out for guests who have already paid.

Great ingredients, well combined and cooked. Lovely taste. Nice and filling. Cosy, comfortable friendly atmosphere with good refreshments. Recently refurbished. Mainly a wide range of pizzas.

I went to pizza hut with my parents and what I got was far from what I hoped , the food price was daft especially for what we got.

Been today with husband and daughter while shopping in town. Seated promptly and went to the bar to order. Food came after a short wait and it was delicious.Only grumble is the salad bar was running very low and some parts were empty altogether but after informing the staff of this it was quickly sorted within 5 minutes with fresh full bowls of most things. Some drinks had also run out on the help yourself machine but there was still enough choice. Price was very reasonable for what we had. All in all a pleasant visit.

Maybe I'm being a little unfair to compare our disappointing Sheffield Pizza Hut visit last night to a better one we had 12 months ago but comparisons have to be made. The selection of pizzas were poor and the kids versions were minuscule. My 11" thin base was as thin as they could get away with and had hardly any topping (think asda smart price) and we had to place our order ourselves at the bar rather than receiving service at our table. Our drinks came 10 minutes after we ordered with our food. We were also placed in a separate room at the back which was dull and uninspiring. This was a much better experience when we came last year.

5 years ago pizza hut was the big thing ! nothing special there , not sure if i wants to go back , expensive for what you get

Didn't have the usual menu so you can only order small pizzas. Was decent enough though. Was clean and not ridiculously priced.

This was a refreshing change from the pizza hut’s in hull we visit. The pizza was cooked beautifully and the staff was happy to help with any questions we had. We went twice during our stay

Classico Pizza Hut, standardizzato. Sono uguali in tutto il mondo. A me comunque piace andarci qualche volta per mangiare una pizza e prendermi una ciotola di verdure e salse. Tanto per cambiare menù quando sono in ferie nei paesi esteri.

Love the idea of pay at counter leave when you want unfortunately staff now just don’t seem to care. Ordered 2 bowls of Ice cream paid wasn’t given a bowl girl who served me just went off and talked to someone else I had to ask if I was expected to pour the ice cream into our hands which got a sneer I’d really suggest you employ people who at least make an effort. My daughter put sprinkles on her ice cream and the lid came off going everywhere then stood there talking about it to other staff embers perhaps they should secure the lids properly and not just place them on. As for the food it was ok but a tad expensive I feel 4 chicken wings £3 has been ages since I’ve been to this chain and will be as long if not longer before I return I guess.

I went here with my mum, sister and grandma before going to watch Mamma Mia at the theatre.

After being seated at our wonky table by what appeared to be a 9yr old, I then quickly chose the pizza I wanted and went to order 2mins later, at the till was the same child I was seated by, I asked for the cheesey bite pizza which I was told there was none, I then asked for stuffed crust which I was also told there was none, I the finally ordered my disappointment of a meal to then be asked "what table are you sat at?" well... The table you sat us at 2mins ago love... Where is your mother?

Went with some work colleagues to sample the buffet, I was excited as usually dont get to go to PHB as its on weekdays. We arrived and our table wasnt ready so we stood around waiting. The staff were very unhelpful and uninterested in us and we kept having to grab them to get their attention. To top it off hardly any pizza was put out in comparison to other buffets I have tried. I would also recommend they label their pasta on the buffet as a colleague who doesnt eat meat nearly ate some bolognaise after mistakenly assuming it was plain tomato sauce. Would not return to this Pizza Hut.

Went with family & kids, pizza burnt, chips black, no garlic bread, one of the kids meals came after everyone had eaten, this is not Pizza Hut , not even a proper Pizza Hut menu , save your money and disappointment

When we arrived, just before noon, several pizzas were brought out for the buffet. We don't tend to put a lot on our plates each time because the plates are always cold and therefore the pizzas soon cool down. I took a bowl from the pile for the salad bar and it was dirty, as though it hadn't been washed. When we went for our final helping of pizzas they had all gone! Not even one slice of pizza to be seen and no sign of any being brought out. Eventually we asked for the bill and left. The place is looking tired and there is no atmosphere. I would suggest that it needs modernising, especially with it being a city centre restaurant. On the positive side, the pizzas were very tasty.

So we walked into Pizza Hut expecting a lovely date only to be stood waiting to be seated for approx. 10 minutes, eventually a cleaning lady walked over to us and took us to our seat. We waited for another 20 mins to even be asked what we would like to order when usually you would get asked what drinks you would like and if you was ready to order; the waiting staff just stood around flirting with each other and kept looking over at me and the missus just giving us a smile which lead us to believe they'd be over in a second, turns out we was wrong. After waiting the 20+ minutes, finally the manager came over to us and asked us all the usual questions a server would and apologised for our wait. Despite this wait time the food was good and milkshakes delicious. After we finished our food we waited like another 30 minutes for a server to come over and ask if we would like a bill; didnt even get the option for dessert. After getting the bill, the server said he'd be back in a second to collect the payment; that didn't seem to happen, we got up and talked to a different server.

We went today as a family and they tried to carve us an extra £12 for absolutely nothing

The food was what you expect at a Pizza Hut not the best but not the worst the prices need looking at deals for families need addressing otherwise it's priced itself out there was only older diners in the restaurant on a night time which should sound alarm bells to the company.The young boy that served us on the Tuesday night was fantastic polite attentive and bothered about your experience a credit to your company

They've finally mastered wiping a table down! I'd been putting off Pizza Hut for a year because I detest a sticky table but it was actually ok.

I'm not a fan of Pizza Hut because our local one is absolutely diabolical and I wouldn't go in there if they gave me my food free. So I wasn't happy about going here but we were short of time.Well if this is how the rest of them operate it just shows how unlucky we are where we live.The pizza was stunning, the salad all fresh and the staff were quick, friendly and efficient! Clean tables and floors, I could not find any fault whatsoever.So I'll just avoid the Shrewsbury branch and look out for others because on this occasion it really was lovely!

We visited this Pizza Hut twice over the weekend while we were in Sheffield for the World Championship Snooker. There isn't too much to say about the place - if you have been to a Pizza Hut before you will recognise the red and yellow decor. This particular restaurant is very centrally placed within easy reach of the main shopping area and right beside the Castle Square tram stop.The pizzas were generally good and the free unlimited salad with any main course is a bonus. The kitchen staff actually got our order wrong and gave us large instead of individual pizzas. We weren't charged for these and (perhaps cheekily) took away our leftovers in restaurant-supplied boxes. We suspect the mistake may have been made by our trainee waitress but we don't regard that as a major problem - we weren't inconvenienced by it and the mistake was recognised (and apologies given) before we knew about it.Not a lot more to say - a perfectly satisfactory visit and I would recommend the restaurant.

Greeted by non smiley manager and a litttle untidy too. Walked off to a table without asking where we wanted to sit, and as I sat down put my arm in something on the table. She asked me if we wanted to be moved, and i replied no, just to clean the table, to which she replied it had been. But the napkin showed otherwise. We opted for buffet, and various veggies available, whole cherry toms, poor potato salad etc. The second pizza I had was not cooked through, manager came over apologized, took it away then microwaved a piece so hot I could not put it in my mouth, trying to prove they can do hot pizza. One of the other less senior members came over to apologize for the error, and I thanked her for coming over and apologized to her, for the inconvenience of being sent over by her manager, as it should have been her responsibility to come over and say something. I was given a free drink, and my daughter's drink was taken off the bill, but we wont put our feet through the door again.

I met up with a friend for my birthday and had booked a table in advance. We were seated straight away, in a booth despite there only being two of us. However it was quite when we went. We had chicken balls to start, a half and half cheese bites pizza of meat feast and Hawaiian and fries to share. The food was delicious and very naughty! My friend had a salted caramel cookie dough and I had a malteser cheesecake, so mouth watering! The bill came to just over £40 between us - not bad considering we had shared a starter and a side and shared a large pizza. There is a free salad bar and bottomless soft drinks available. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and I felt at ease with them. There isn't much parking close to the venue, mostly on the street behind but 2 tram stops are very close, literally less than a minute's walk.

Stopped off for lunch and treated us to a buffet which was well topped up throughout with lovely pasta and salad.Staff were friendly and the place had an upbeat atmosphere. Overall very good and worth a visit considering the touch competition in the city.

A good restaurant for lunch or dinner with a good menu choice and salad buffet. Friendly staff who were attentive and the ability to either click and collect or be seated.

What can you say, the staff have been very helpful to an old codger like me, they were friendly and made constructive suggestions on choice of Pizza, prices good and it was well prepared very quickly, I use it regularly

Opted for the £6.49 stuffed crust meal deal with fries & drink to sharePizza was nuclear hot, fries were probably the best thing of the meal. Im usually a dominoes man but on this occasion I opted for Pizza Hut for ease.Price was decent, pizza was average but it at least made my mind up that I'm dominoes through & through.

Wasn't very busy when we first went in.Staff didn't feel the need to pick up speed, waited about 10 minutes to give our order.No one asked how the food was, even though I find it annoying.Fries looked greasy and were hard.Waited a while for a member of staff, eventually I went to the bar to speak to someone.Was told stuffed crust is the same price as a pan base but was charged more.

Had an amazing time at Pizza Hut with a few friends,the salad bar was looked fresh and everything was refilled.the staff took our order and came back with all the food in a very quick time to say we ordered a lot and also nearly every table was full and we wasn't waiting long for a table either. They were very polite towards us and got our order right and to say I've not been there in maybe a few years Pizza Hut never fails to let me down even after a few years its still amazing, would recommend this place would give 4/5

Not been for about 5 years and it didn't let me down pizza was great all different ones coming out and salad bar was full and looked fresh garlic bread was really nice.

Visited here with a friend. We both really fancied Pizza and Pizza Hut has always been a favourite of mine. We were seated quite quickly and given menus. We waited at least 10 minutes before the waitress came back to take our order. She didn't even come and ask if we wanted any drinks! The salad bar looked very tired!! the cucumber had started to curl up!! The dressings had been spilt all over. Not appetising at all. The waitress finally came to take out order. The pizza came out fairly quick, but then again there was only about 6 other people in the restaurant! We ordered a pizza to share with cheesy bites crust. The toppings were very sparse and the cheesy bites were very greasy tasting. We were going to order dessert but nobody came back to ask us if we wanted to order anything else or even clear the table, so we decided to leave. There were 3 members of staff all chatting behind the desk at the till, and they carried on chatting while my friend and I stood there waiting to pay. Needless to say no tip was left, which is not something I do really, but sorry the service and staff attitude was terrible.

We booked to ensure we got something to eat as we were attending an event at the nearby Arena. Seated quickly but we asked to move as there were young girls running around our table. Our order was taken and arrived within 20 minutes with the drinks arriving at the same time. No-one checked on us and we had to wait for a waiter to come over and he asked if we wanted the bill. NO, we wanted a dessert which surprised him. Ordered and he said he would ring the dessert through and then come back and clear the table. Needless to say, nothing happened. Another colleague who kept sweeping up after him came over and was shocked, apologised and said that she wouldn't charge us for the dessert because we had waited for so long. We gave her the tip and not our waiter. Food was great but the service was very poor. Not like a Pizza Hut. Also the toilets were disgusting. Looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week although one of the waitresses was topping up the paper when I was in there. No attempt at mopping up the floor though. Very disappointing. Only glad I don't live in Sheffield and have to go there again.

Visited 22 November and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The salad bar was disgusting - cucumber looked as if it had been there all day some of the tomatoes were black- coleslaw and pasta had got mixed up into other foods ! Ordered chips with pizza which arrived after the pizza was finished. One point in their favour the assistant took the price of the chips off the final bill . You need to really up your game to have returning customers.

I prefer to come here round lunch time. The prices are reasonable and the takeaways are just as good. Would want to improve the salad bar though.

We ordered 'cheesy nachos' to share as a starter and when it arrived it had practically no cheese on. I politely asked the waitress if a mistake had been made and she called the chef to make them again for us. She brought back more nachos with again practically NO cheese on. We ate the dry tortilla chips and the waitress took it off the bill. We would have been ok with thishowever our waitress (who was actually very nice and good about the situation) went back to discuss it with the rest of the staff who stood behind the bar looking over at us chatting and giggling. Made us feel very uncomfortable for the rest of the meal.

Stopped in before a gig. Seated us quickly and took order. About 5 mins later the girl serving came back to ask if we wanted to order dessert even though we hadn't even had our starters. Place is quite grubby and could do with an update. Toilets all the ah upstairs also very dated.Pizza was nice but chips were burnt so didn't eat them. Staff were friendly but didn't seem to have a clue. Won't be in the area again but if I was I wouldn't go back.

It's always annoying when staff stand chatting at the till deliberately not seeing you and this was no exception. The waitress who was clearing tables at the back of the restaurant had to stop what she was doing while the others continued their conversation. When the food came, it was okay. The pasta was not quite on the side of burned but not far off. The pizza was okay, if a little dry. So an average visit, with average food and average service

Jumped in here with the family on a trip to Sheffield. Service was good and no issues getting a table on a Saturday evening. Pizza was a little cool but other than that no problems. It's a Pizza Hut.

We had specifically chosen Pizza Hut because we knew there was gf pizzas on the menu. I have coeliac disease so I have to eat gluten free. I was offered nachos, which I reluctantly accepted as I didn't want to drag the children round town looking for somewhere else to eat. Our food was all nice and the manager came to apologise for the lack of gf bases. Unfortunately I had a very similar experience in another Pizza Hut a few months ago, as the gf bases are frozen I don't understand how it is possible to run out. If you are coeliac I recommend phoning in advance or maybe just choosing a different chain which takes catering for coeliacs needs seriously.

we visited pizza hut just before 2pm. our meals took over 30 minutes to arrive. my pita base pizza was impossible to cut so all i could do was tear it. no staff member returned to see if we were happy with the meal and even when i went to the till to pay the cashier didn't bother to ask how the meal was.very poor and i won't be visiting again.

This Pizza Hut isn't as hygienic as others. The buffet table has food everywhere . The food is ok but still not as good but staff are very friendly.

Pizza hut is fine for a quick cheap pizza,it's nothing special but it is what it is. I do like the salad bar as you can help yourself to as much as you want.

a really enjoyable meal with fast friendly service. in the centre of town on the main street. easy to get to and lovely food

Me and my other half came here yesterday as we were doing a little shopping with my young niece. We decided to stop off at Pizza Hut as the lunch buffet looked good, and it was. A huge choice of pizza, pasta and salad, refillable drinks, and even flavoured syrups for them.Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to stay for dessert but I will definitely be returning for the cookie dough.My little niece is only one and was not charged, which is great, ages weren't stated on the menu but they didn't add a child onto the bill. Staff were also lovely, very patient and quick with the service.Would recommend

All the reviews being average I though I'd try this place and see what the real service and food is. well having visited 3 times at busy times different time periods I decided to give my honest findings.The pizza absolutely fresh and crispy. delicious !!The salad clean cut fresh and crunchy nice...The service was absolutely amazing by Jack B and the Manager Bex. They really made a genuine effort to value me as a customer and take interest in my food choice and what I would like to see in pizza hut going forward.I would seriously recommend fellow professionals to visit here great for meetings and space for food too.lovely great people who give the best customer service.

Myself and my partner decided to pop into Pizza Hut around 10:00pm on a Saturday night. There were a few other diners in.We were warmly greeted and shown to a table. We both helped ourselved to a bowl of salad from the salad bar. The choice is great.We decided on some cheese bites to start, and I had a steak and cheese pizza, and my partner a tuna and sweetcorn pizza.The food was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed every morsel. Service was super and friendly, and next time we are in Sheffield, we will be back!

Visited this pizza hut early on a Saturday evening, it was by no means busy but the service was awful. We were shown to our table and given a menu. A waitress behind us dropped some sort of cleaner that splattered all over the floor , without any apology she said to me "it ant gone on your coat" and no it hadn't but my hand bag was covered in it and I had to ask for something to clean it , again no apology she just handed me some kitchen roll , After 20mins we had to ask for someone to take our order. Eventually after another 5 min wait someone came took our order ans told us to help ourselves to salad and drinks, we got the salad then had to wait for somebody to bring cutlery, Eventually or meals came, most were ok but my pizza had very little tuna topping on it but was ok,. We then had to wait again for the bill and because two of our party wanted to pay on a card the waitress had to use her mobile phone as a calculator. The whole experience took so long we were almost late for our show.

I usually come here with a group of friends whenever we are out. Mostly the staff have been average but there have been instances where they have been inattentive. Nothing exemplary. The food is usual fast food/ junk food. I have noticed the salad bar being kind of a mess the last few times i have been there.

On the day I visited (23/2/16) the staff were really friendly and helpful. I had the 500 cal pizza, salad and refilled Pepsi. Just enough for a solo diner I followed with a salted caramel cookie dough, which was divine!

I was pleasantly impressed with all our visit today, nothing was a trouble for the staff. The meat feast share was just right and when we asked for garlic bread without bacon it was fine! Our pizza was yummy... And the endless drinks and ice cream was greatA jordie girl served us who was friendly and polite. Thank you!

Went for an evening out (2adults 3kids) was expensive for what you got really. Customer service wasn't at its best had to ask for someone to take our order had to ask for cutlery and had to ask if we could order deserts. Toilets wasn't the cleanest empty toilet roll tubes on the floor. Also had to ask for things at the salad bar to be filled up. Don't think I'll be returning very soon. Bit disappointed.

Really friendly staff, pizza came nice and hot, really tasty, kids loved the make your own ice cream had a really nice meal a family friendly welcoming restaurant :)

Always tricky to rate restaurants when you eat on your own but this felt rushed, others arriving after me were told takeaway only. Normal salad cart was good although sauces/dressings were very low or empty. Garlic bread and cheese good but chicken supreme pizza was a bit soggy it the middle, needed a bit more cooking but I think closing time looming saw a quicker serving. Not cheap and felt like it was thrown at me.

Ordered online for collection, arrived early and order was ready and still piping hot. Was very nice and would definately use service again

Really loved the service took the kids after toys shopping..Very quick service not ling waiting time on food, kids were given booklets and colours to play with so they dont get bored.. really enjoyed time there kids enjoyed it too..isnt too big but suitable went with my three children aged 7,5,3 and they enjoyed the food.. have a kids offer when you go which is good..will definitely go again

Went for the tropical pizza and not sure why but mine seemed a bit doughy, not a patch on one I had had before so whether it was a bad day or a bad chef not tot sure

went here a few weeks ago with my daughters and my 3 year old grandson, the staff where friendly and attentive although we did have to wait for a few moments until a table had been cleared for us, we chose to have the buffet with unlimited soft drinks. we had a lovely lunch and would recommend going here for lunch any day.

Not my usual choice of place for dining, but was surprised by the quality of the food! We had Lasagne, it was delicious, and the accompanying salad was unlimited, with a great choice of items.We were served by 2 lovely, polite, very attentive young men. We left a good tip, we were impressed by the level of service!

We were greeted straight away at the door by a very friendly and talkative lady, she offered choices to of tables which was nice so we got to sit were we wanted. But once we sat down out menus were placed on the table and then she walked away. It would have been nice if she told us about the buffet that was on or offering us any drinks as it was a very hot day! After about 10 minutes of waiting at our table a blonde lady came over and said, I quote "3 buffets yeah?". Even though we did want buffets she could have said it in a better way. We weren't told where the buffet plates were or were we got our drinks from. We also had no clue if we were entitled to salad or not but we presumed so. Pizza was average, selection of classic toppings such as margarita, peperoni and hawien. Nothing too exciting. Pizza looked like it had been sat there for ages and this was confirmed when I ate my first slice as it was STONE cold. It was so cold it put me off getting more until I saw a staff member put pizza out, only then did I eat the pizza.

I visited the Sheffield branch in June as I was a delegate of the Sheffield Documentary festival. I poped for the lunch buffett and the service was excellent. I was greeted by a member of staff immediately and was able to pick the seat I wanted. I was shown the buffet and was extremely impressed with the choice of pizzas given. All compartments of salad were kept tidy and full, and staff where on hand if I needed anything. Would definetly come back to this branch when I'm in town again!!

I have been here for Lunch four times before - and I haven't really been able to work out what's not quite right. This visit, amazingly, the Salads looked fresh, the tomatoes less thick-skinned than normal. Also the Pizza Slices on offer, though unimaginative, were really hot, really fresh and really quickly replenished. That left the poor Pasta unattended. Why was there NO Supervisor to judge when the hot Pasta was running low or congealing ? Why did the Chef have to be REMINDED to cook some more ???Additionally, hot dishes need hot plates. The large plates were stone cold. And no spoons were in evidence ! I could not even pinch a spare spoon from an unattended table ! My last gripe is fundamental to the Buffet plan : should you, by chance, take somebody along WITHOUT an appetite, no way does that person use his or her £6-99p. The corollary of that is : should a penniless student, or larger-size customer, arrive, the temptation would be for he or she to try to consume a whole week's calorie intake at one go. Not only is that greedy. It is also not how the human body is supposed to work. Why not try a One Visit Option for the not hungry customer, at £2-99p. and a £4-99p choice for anyone hungrier than that : with notices on each table and each serving-hatch asking : " DO YOU ACTUALLY NEED WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO ACTUALLY TAKE?"

Thanks to Pizza Hut in Crookes who delivered, what in our opinion, can only be described as the most revolting food ever. The onions were extremely pink, sickly sweet and overpoweringly strong, as was the sauce (although this may have been due to the onions), the pizza dough on my son's pizza was either not cooked correctly or off, the olives looked as though they had been sat on the side for days and were shrivelled and brown and well past their 'sliced black olive days'. We tried to eat some but the taste was so vile that we had no choice, having spent £40 for inedible food, but to ring and raise our concerns over the well-being of the vegetables etc! We were offered replacements and told that the onions did look pink!!! We were subsequently physically ill due to the after taste and cancelled (I had not eaten anything else during the day). The only redeeming feature was the offer of a full refund which we accepted and are waiting for. This was supposed to be a treat for our young son who recently finished exams - movie and pizza. Instead it is all in the bin and we all feel dreadful. Needless to say I will NEVER go here again and will be making a complaint to customer services.
