Ive ordered or eaten cookie dough at Pizza Hut enough times to know how they should look. These were very small compared to the size im used to getting. They also didn’t look as appealing. It was very disappointing

It's one of the better Huts the food is always served quickly and the staff are nice. However on this visit I have to mark it down because everything on the salad bar needed replenishment and I had to ask twice for this to be done !

This is the worst Pizza Hut restaurant in Sheffield. Rarely do I go to eat here, but tried it out with my little ones today. The salad bar was poor, things not being refreshed. When the food arrived, my little boys who I had ordered corn for (their favourite food) were refusing to eat it. I tasted and smelt it, and can confirm it tasted awful. When asking for these to be refunded as we were not going to eat them as they were awful, I got told no “because there is nothing wrong with them” faced with a girl on customer service who looked at me like I was stupid for even making the comment that we didn’t like them and didn’t want to pay. The fact you have to pay for your meal before eating, says a lot about the place anyway. Won’t ever be returning. Awful customer service!!! And I work in the establishment so to see such shocking customer service with refusal of a refund for something that wasn’t right, is shocking.

Very unsatisfied with the quality of our food. Two Pizzas ordered and split between 4 boxes. Just thrown in and were cold and resembled leftovers not freshly cooked pizzas. Toppings dry. Dips also missing. Awful.

Great friendly staff & very attentive. Food was beautiful as always the share pizzas were perfect as we could have half one topping and the other half a different topping which was perfect for the kids as they both wanted different toppings so the share pizza was defomore.value for money. Also had the ice cream factory desert which the kids thought was brilliant as they could make there own and add different toppings and sauces.

pizza was open cold and had no sauce very little tasted like bread and my children refused to eat it

Ordered a meal for 4 deal, took half an hour for the food to come in the first place then once we finished we had ordered dessert with it and that took another 45 minutes to arrive, whenever we asked how long it would take to arrive, they just said 5 more minutes, 5 minutes passed each time, no desserts.

They didn't have regular Pepsi, just Max and diet. The reason was that drinks with "more" sugar are more expensive due to taxes and that's why they didn't have them. £16 to eat pizza and drink from a machine, very expensive. I am Spanish, and I have eaten in other places where the price was not much different from Spain, but that is not the case at Pizza Hut. Very expensive and without normal soft drink options (which cost a few cents more in the store). I find it an absolute shame.

I think pizza huts time is over. Potentially the worst pizza I’ve ever had, the nostalgia of being a kid and eating here just doesn’t cut it anymore.

Visited whilst working. The staff were very engaging with my young service user. We selected the all you can eat buffet. A wide selection of food was available. My only slight issue is with the atmosphere. Some of the tables are very close together so it can feel at times that your sharing a table with other guests! The quality of the food and cooking standards was spot on.

25£ on a pizza for it to arrive thinner than a tortilla and stone cold. The ham was thicker, cookie portion half the size of that ordered mid week.

Our favorite place for a quick dinner. Nice service, food always delicious. We come back here regularly.

First time been to this branch for buffet, it's so impressive, clean environment and toilet, friendly and helpful staff - Sarah, let you have space to enjoy the meal, the food is hot, tasty and fresh. Definitely will visit again.

Dined in. Was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The food was lovely and fresh and the buffet was constantly refilled. My kids loved it. Will definitely be coming again.

Relaxed reasonable pizza hut. Food was good when it came, salad bar was really understocked compared to normal. Staff were polite and didn't seem pushed just busy. Very accomodating even if orders didn't quite go through how they should. This happened the last time I went too. I now expect the staff to need reminders on occasion.

Came her for my Daughters birthday. The food was delicious, hot & fresh. The service was fantastic, both the waitress and manager were very helpful. They made it so special for my daughter, by singing happy birthday and presenting her with a candle lit ice cream. Thankyou.

The food wasn't any better than our local takeaway & twice the price!!! But £3.30 for 330ml can of lipton ice tea really took the piss.... Will never go there again! With those prices there's no wonder it was like a ghost town in there.....

Tried ordering online multiple times from here with no success. Tried calling multiple times to place an order over the phone. No answer. Nice one.

It was “ok” definitely not worth the price!!

We waited 50 minutes for our food, so I asked a staff member to please check if our order had been forgotten. The staff member went to find out, and we still had no explanation. I asked again for an update and was told the kitchen staff had boxed our order in error. I asked for a full refund and this was carried out by the manager. The restaurant was very quiet on our arrival, I find it unacceptable that we were not told of the kitchen staff’s error. It’s not acceptable that we should not be given an apology or explanation before having to ask staff where our order is. We shall not return to this restaurant. Exceptionally poor customer service, and now I have to wait for my money back for the food be never received. Shockingly poor service, I expected much more from a large franchise such as Pizza Hut. The KFC we then went to however, was fantastic!! Pizza Hut need to get their act together, that was a total shambles today, I most angry that no staff came to our table to explain/apologise for the mistake made by the kitchen staff.

You have to order on Qr code. Not enough pepperoni on the pizza. Drinks are expensive. Unimpressed.

Al entrar, la música de “fondo” era incómodamente alta, así que inicialmente estábamos contemplando dar la vuelta y salir. Pedimos pizzas en corteza fina, ya que ni yo ni mi nieto de 5 años tenemos grandes apetitos y no queríamos llenarnos de masa. 5 minutos más tarde, la servidora dijo que había hecho el pedido a través de una sartén profunda sin corteza de nada y las pizzas ya habían sido cocinadas. No fue un buen comienzo, y cuando las pizzas llegaron un minuto después, la de mi nieto estaba bastante quemada alrededor del borde, con la cobertura cubriendo solo el centro de la masa. No hubo ninguna oferta de reducción debido al error del servidor y la mala calidad de la pizza. Por el precio extorsivo cobrado, este alimento estaba muy por debajo del promedio, definitivamente no recomendaría y no volveré.

Everything Seating buffet food and space

Restaurant is clean, ideal for family meals with children, staff are friendly and helpful, thw pizzas are delicious, my granddaughter loved her children's meal of chicken pizza and the serve yourself ice cream dessert.

The food is as you'd expect for pizza hut, very much standardised (which is fine) it comes out hot and fast, very nice, though a bit expensive for what it is. The service is a little lacking - the staff do a good job but the company insists on using online ordering which is just so much more hassle than having a real person take an order, takes the human element out of the process which is a shame, as the staff are really nice and friendly. The atmosphere is lacking as there is music but it's drowned out by something like 15 air con vents, which are *loud*, far louder than anything else in the restaurant. - Update April 2024: Came in fairly late on a Sunday (in the last hour of opening) -food was really nice, very fresh -staff made sure salad bar was updated with fresh product -staff were pretty attentive (considering the current ordering process) and friendly -price is still too steep IMO, considering overall quality and quantity of food you get a better deal elsewhere

If you go back about 10 years, we loved this place, always reviewed it highly and it was always rammed. However, the brand has gone off the rails. The food quality has been cheapened, prices hiked up to astronomical levels and service stripped away. Now you HAVE to order yourself using your smartphone - no interaction with staff. And the prices - wow. My 15 yo twins shared a 13" meat feast pizza with cheesy bite crust - £32! A 4" cookie dough pudding and 2 ice creams - £18. In total we ordered four 9" pizzas, one 13" pizza, kids meal, mac n cheese, 8 drinks, 3 desserts - £190. Pizza Hut should take note of this review, because the restaurant was DEAD and it was a Saturday night. This restaurant is on the road to closure and the fault is squarely with the brand not the individual place. My own children don't even like Pizza Hut anymore. They don't care about the cost, but they say the food isnt great. The tomato sauce on the pizza is just puree, the cheese 'plasticky' - their words, the soft drinks all sugar free which they don't like, and there are ALWAYS things they want to order that have ran out. I don't know if Pizza Hut have just got greedy or are massively in debt, but the decision to offer crap food and minimal service at shamefully high prices will backfire.

Food very expensive for what you get. Went to the buffet for a family birthday but it's poor value for money. Food wasn't replenished fast enough so we were all eating at different times waiting for more food to be brought out. Pizza was very dry. We wouldn't go again.

Me and my family came here for lunch. We all had the buffet. There was plenty of selection for the salad and it was all fresh. The pizzas were as good as they always are from pizza hut and the pastas were also nice. The server was lovely and professional. Would happily return here again

Looked like it was closed from the outside, could do with some work doing externally. Inside was standard, the food as always is great however some of the salad stuff needed restocking and cleaning round.

The time changed constantly first was 1720. Then it jumped to 1755. The chips are cold same old same old with this delivery service.

The whole experience worked perfectly. It was much easier to pay using my phone. I enjoyed the different flavoured fizzy drinks and the variety on the salad bar.

We came at a quiet time but the server was very courteous and helpful.

They helpfulness of the staff, the wait time was brilliant, the restaurant was not only clean but smelling good as well, salad bar was clean and well stocked up and clean also, overall a clean well organised restaurant!

What use to be a nice family meal out has turned into a disappointing lunch. The food has always been average but that isn't the complaint. The fact that there is no service anymore, it's all done on an app. So to be asked to leave a tip while you're ordering your food before you've received any sort of service is just ridiculous. For nearly £70 for 3 people eating at lunch time at a 'restaurant' where you order your food and drinks off an app and the only service you receive is when someone brings your meal out is very disappointing. It's a shame you're ruining the dining experience of going out and being served.

Really great service and food. Poppy was amazing! We went to have food with our daughter who was working nights for the NHS on ambulances and not seen her for a while. It was very relaxed and service was great. Poppy stood out smiling and could not do enough for us. Also a mention of Cass and Ellie also doing a great job. Made it a great evening.

The relaxed, efficient and friendly staff. The quality of the food this time was excellent. The drinks easy to use and good flavours and overall cleanliness was good and a relaxing atmosphere all round.

Rude staff didn’t get served went in the second time and got discriminated against we were the last to be served despite two other white families comming after us

Absolutely disgusting service from the manager when asked her to change pizza as the base compared to the other pizza was very oily and left a bad taste in my mouth so was put off eating then to add the desserts cookie dough which I have had many times was covered in the chocolate sauce when asked to change the manager wasn’t very happy

Extremely expensive considering the quality of food and portion size. Cash is NOT accepted. You must order off the app. No personal table service. A family of 3 ordered 3 pizzas, 2 sides and some drinks…goodbye £100.00!!!! I would rather go to a nice pub with table service and experience a much better dinning service than the one here. Is there any wonder they are shutting down and always almost empty. How can people afford to eat here during an economic crisis…an individual pizza = £17.99…ludicrous!!!

The friendly young lady who greeted us explained about the app ordering service and helped us with it. The salad bar was very fresh and the pizza came very quickly and was tasty. We used Meercat rewards so got the 2 for 1 deal. Birthday visit and very satisfied.

Food was good. Service was ok but seemed stretched a bit thin. Could hardly hear music over the air con unit which was blasting could air. Been before and this is the first time the air con has cooled my food.

Dined in, Fairly quiet Saturday afternoon. Food was OK, service friendly but not overly attentive. Wasn't made clear you could order on the app. Also has to pay in person as u can't bill on line if u didn't order on line. Toilets were OK. I thought it expensive at about £50 for 2 adults with one drink each and no dessert.

Pizza’s were ok but the wrong toppings were on the wrong bases. Luckily me and girlfriend liked what we both ordered.

We've always had a really good experience every time we dine at pizza hut. Food amazing, staff fantastic, not to mention when it's our kids birthdays we take them there as they get happy birthday sung to them by the staff and they get a fantastic personalized birthday card. If you've got younger kids this is a brilliant experience for them

Got there on a Sunday, basically no salads, pizzas were absolutely tasteless, rubbery base and almost no toppings. When asked to refill some of the salads and sauces they simply refused, "we'll close in an hour or so and then we'll need to throw some away." What? I pay full price and it's expensive enough, so I expect full choice and service. Awful place, uninterested and rude service, bad quality food. Avoid.

The restaurant was very dated looking. Food ..pizza was extremely tough I couldn't hardly cut it or break it up the pizza was hard to chew and swallow almost choked onthe pizza base was terrible never want to go again. 3 people £69 very expensive.

Order from here last night, i don't know whose fault it was but it arrived 2hr late and the pizza was hard and the chips were cold. I was credited £10 which isn't good enough in my eyes.

Haven't been to pizza hut in a while. The food and staff were lovely and the facilities were what you would expect from pizza hut. There were almost no other people in the restaurant with us, which is a bit odd for a Friday night.

We had the all you can eat pizza & salad buffet, very enjoyable, the first helping the pizzas had dried out a little which I can understand as the restaurant was quiet, the next helping had freshly cooked pizzas and they where lovely

Fine pizza hut, nothing special

Always like going here for the kids. They can eat what they want, drink what they want, and as much or as little as they wish. My only criticism is the limited selection of pizza. We will be back soon enough
