Visited whilst working. The staff were very engaging with my young service user. We selected the all you can eat buffet. A wide selection of food was available. My only slight issue is with the atmosphere. Some of the tables are very close together so it can feel at times that your sharing a table with other guests! The quality of the food and cooking standards was spot on.

Our favorite place for a quick dinner. Nice service, food always delicious. We come back here regularly.

First time been to this branch for buffet, it's so impressive, clean environment and toilet, friendly and helpful staff - Sarah, let you have space to enjoy the meal, the food is hot, tasty and fresh. Definitely will visit again.

Dined in. Was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The food was lovely and fresh and the buffet was constantly refilled. My kids loved it. Will definitely be coming again.

Relaxed reasonable pizza hut. Food was good when it came, salad bar was really understocked compared to normal. Staff were polite and didn't seem pushed just busy. Very accomodating even if orders didn't quite go through how they should. This happened the last time I went too. I now expect the staff to need reminders on occasion.

Came her for my Daughters birthday. The food was delicious, hot & fresh. The service was fantastic, both the waitress and manager were very helpful. They made it so special for my daughter, by singing happy birthday and presenting her with a candle lit ice cream. Thankyou.

The food wasn't any better than our local takeaway & twice the price!!! But £3.30 for 330ml can of lipton ice tea really took the piss.... Will never go there again! With those prices there's no wonder it was like a ghost town in there.....

Tried ordering online multiple times from here with no success. Tried calling multiple times to place an order over the phone. No answer. Nice one.

We waited 50 minutes for our food, so I asked a staff member to please check if our order had been forgotten. The staff member went to find out, and we still had no explanation. I asked again for an update and was told the kitchen staff had boxed our order in error. I asked for a full refund and this was carried out by the manager. The restaurant was very quiet on our arrival, I find it unacceptable that we were not told of the kitchen staff’s error. It’s not acceptable that we should not be given an apology or explanation before having to ask staff where our order is. We shall not return to this restaurant. Exceptionally poor customer service, and now I have to wait for my money back for the food be never received. Shockingly poor service, I expected much more from a large franchise such as Pizza Hut. The KFC we then went to however, was fantastic!! Pizza Hut need to get their act together, that was a total shambles today, I most angry that no staff came to our table to explain/apologise for the mistake made by the kitchen staff.

It's ok, the food is good, but expensive for what you get really, pizza used to be a cheap meal, not no more

You have to order on Qr code. Not enough pepperoni on the pizza. Drinks are expensive. Unimpressed.

On entering, the ‘background’ music was uncomfortably loud so we were initially contemplating turning round and leaving. We ordered pizzas on thin crust, as neither myself nor my 5 year old grandson have great appetites and didn’t want to fill up on dough. 5 minutes later, the server said she had put the order through as deep pan nothing crust and the pizzas had already been cooked. Not a great start, and when the pizzas arrived a minute later, my grandson’s was quite burnt round the edge, with topping covering only the very centre of the dough. There was no offer of any reduction due to the server error and the poor quality of the pizza. For the extortionate price charged, this food was well below average, I definitely would not recommend and I will not return.

Restaurant is clean, ideal for family meals with children, staff are friendly and helpful, thw pizzas are delicious, my granddaughter loved her children's meal of chicken pizza and the serve yourself ice cream dessert.

The food is as you'd expect for pizza hut, very much standardised (which is fine) it comes out hot and fast, very nice, though a bit expensive for what it is. The service is a little lacking - the staff do a good job but the company insists on using online ordering which is just so much more hassle than having a real person take an order, takes the human element out of the process which is a shame, as the staff are really nice and friendly. The atmosphere is lacking as there is music but it's drowned out by something like 15 air con vents, which are *loud*, far louder than anything else in the restaurant. - Update April 2024: Came in fairly late on a Sunday (in the last hour of opening) -food was really nice, very fresh -staff made sure salad bar was updated with fresh product -staff were pretty attentive (considering the current ordering process) and friendly -price is still too steep IMO, considering overall quality and quantity of food you get a better deal elsewhere

If you go back about 10 years, we loved this place, always reviewed it highly and it was always rammed. However, the brand has gone off the rails. The food quality has been cheapened, prices hiked up to astronomical levels and service stripped away. Now you HAVE to order yourself using your smartphone - no interaction with staff. And the prices - wow. My 15 yo twins shared a 13" meat feast pizza with cheesy bite crust - £32! A 4" cookie dough pudding and 2 ice creams - £18. In total we ordered four 9" pizzas, one 13" pizza, kids meal, mac n cheese, 8 drinks, 3 desserts - £190. Pizza Hut should take note of this review, because the restaurant was DEAD and it was a Saturday night. This restaurant is on the road to closure and the fault is squarely with the brand not the individual place. My own children don't even like Pizza Hut anymore. They don't care about the cost, but they say the food isnt great. The tomato sauce on the pizza is just puree, the cheese 'plasticky' - their words, the soft drinks all sugar free which they don't like, and there are ALWAYS things they want to order that have ran out. I don't know if Pizza Hut have just got greedy or are massively in debt, but the decision to offer crap food and minimal service at shamefully high prices will backfire.

Food very expensive for what you get. Went to the buffet for a family birthday but it's poor value for money. Food wasn't replenished fast enough so we were all eating at different times waiting for more food to be brought out. Pizza was very dry. We wouldn't go again.

Me and my family came here for lunch. We all had the buffet. There was plenty of selection for the salad and it was all fresh. The pizzas were as good as they always are from pizza hut and the pastas were also nice. The server was lovely and professional. Would happily return here again

Looked like it was closed from the outside, could do with some work doing externally. Inside was standard, the food as always is great however some of the salad stuff needed restocking and cleaning round.

Great staff and freshed cooked pizza.

The whole experience worked perfectly. It was much easier to pay using my phone. I enjoyed the different flavoured fizzy drinks and the variety on the salad bar.

We came at a quiet time but the server was very courteous and helpful.

They helpfulness of the staff, the wait time was brilliant, the restaurant was not only clean but smelling good as well, salad bar was clean and well stocked up and clean also, overall a clean well organised restaurant!

What use to be a nice family meal out has turned into a disappointing lunch. The food has always been average but that isn't the complaint. The fact that there is no service anymore, it's all done on an app. So to be asked to leave a tip while you're ordering your food before you've received any sort of service is just ridiculous. For nearly £70 for 3 people eating at lunch time at a 'restaurant' where you order your food and drinks off an app and the only service you receive is when someone brings your meal out is very disappointing. It's a shame you're ruining the dining experience of going out and being served.

The relaxed, efficient and friendly staff. The quality of the food this time was excellent. The drinks easy to use and good flavours and overall cleanliness was good and a relaxing atmosphere all round.

Really great service and food. Poppy was amazing! We went to have food with our daughter who was working nights for the NHS on ambulances and not seen her for a while. It was very relaxed and service was great. Poppy stood out smiling and could not do enough for us. Also a mention of Cass and Ellie also doing a great job. Made it a great evening.

Absolutely disgusting service from the manager when asked her to change pizza as the base compared to the other pizza was very oily and left a bad taste in my mouth so was put off eating then to add the desserts cookie dough which I have had many times was covered in the chocolate sauce when asked to change the manager wasn’t very happy

Extremely expensive considering the quality of food and portion size. Cash is NOT accepted. You must order off the app. No personal table service. A family of 3 ordered 3 pizzas, 2 sides and some drinks…goodbye £100.00!!!! I would rather go to a nice pub with table service and experience a much better dinning service than the one here. Is there any wonder they are shutting down and always almost empty. How can people afford to eat here during an economic crisis…an individual pizza = £17.99…ludicrous!!!

The friendly young lady who greeted us explained about the app ordering service and helped us with it. The salad bar was very fresh and the pizza came very quickly and was tasty. We used Meercat rewards so got the 2 for 1 deal. Birthday visit and very satisfied.

Lovely early evening treat with my daughter and granddaughter. Staff made a fuss of my granddaughter, which was really nice to experience.

Dined in, Fairly quiet Saturday afternoon. Food was OK, service friendly but not overly attentive. Wasn't made clear you could order on the app. Also has to pay in person as u can't bill on line if u didn't order on line. Toilets were OK. I thought it expensive at about £50 for 2 adults with one drink each and no dessert.

We've always had a really good experience every time we dine at pizza hut. Food amazing, staff fantastic, not to mention when it's our kids birthdays we take them there as they get happy birthday sung to them by the staff and they get a fantastic personalized birthday card. If you've got younger kids this is a brilliant experience for them

Got there on a Sunday, basically no salads, pizzas were absolutely tasteless, rubbery base and almost no toppings. When asked to refill some of the salads and sauces they simply refused, "we'll close in an hour or so and then we'll need to throw some away." What? I pay full price and it's expensive enough, so I expect full choice and service. Awful place, uninterested and rude service, bad quality food. Avoid.

The restaurant was very dated looking. Food ..pizza was extremely tough I couldn't hardly cut it or break it up the pizza was hard to chew and swallow almost choked onthe pizza base was terrible never want to go again. 3 people £69 very expensive.

Haven't been to pizza hut in a while. The food and staff were lovely and the facilities were what you would expect from pizza hut. There were almost no other people in the restaurant with us, which is a bit odd for a Friday night.

Fine pizza hut, nothing special

Always like going here for the kids. They can eat what they want, drink what they want, and as much or as little as they wish. My only criticism is the limited selection of pizza. We will be back soon enough

We'd not been to a pizza hut for maybe 15 years. Went recently and remembered why. If you have a buffet the pizzas that are presented have very few toppings and quite bland overall. Plates are very small too, a lot smaller than the last time we went, which means to have a decent size pizza meal you have to visit the counter 3 or 4 times making you look a right fat get! Well played pizza hut well played.

Happiest place for lunch. Can’t go wrong with the fresh salad and buffet pizzas plus we always get a GF pizza which is brill too. The manager Cas is super helpful and goes above and beyond.

Why do you only have 1 member of staff doing everything, cooking, serving, filling salad bar and greating customers. I felt sorry for the poor woman. As a result the pizza was horrible. I don't blame that poor woman per say as she had alot on her shoulders. Its the restaurant owners folt. Stop making yourself richer and at least hire a waiter/waitress.

We went as it opened on a Monday morning. Had the buffet, typical of what you'd expect from pizza hut...... Yummy! Lovely fresh salad, and to top it off, me and my partner the only 2 people in there for over half an hour. Lovely 👍👍👍

Pr-ordered to quicken our visit up. Asked for two lattes drinks for adults and when it came I had to ask if they had forgotten to add any coffee as it was literally white. Even givi g them a good stir made no difference whatso ever. The young lad who looked like he should have been at school just mumbled something that we couldn't understand and walked away. Pizza selection was limited to just three toppings and was very slow at being put out. This branch seems to have taken a turn for the worse. Have been many times over the past year and each time it seems to go down hill. Won't bother visiting this venue again.

Its okay value for money if you do the lunch buffet. The food was not as good as what it used to be. The pizzas were soggy and more dough than topping. The pasta was bland and the salad bar was quite limited. Our waitress could not do enough for us as a larger party.

Wow what has happened to this place just shows a change in staff it can go downhill all they care about is people that's on o2 gave them more attention than actual paying customers they had a group in of disability people the staff just didn't want to know them when leaving no bye or thank you when it came to pizza HA joke what pizza looked and tasted like it was from the bin of a takeaway the toilets are broken and stink nothing is wiped clean the salad bar everything is warm never again people don't go to this pizza hut use the one at valley centertainment

Good friendly service, good food at reasonable price

Good pizza, turned into a similar experience as Nandos. Using meerkat meals it was worth it! Kind staff, little bit slow but tasty overall. It was a good dinner but a bit "meh".

The food was lovely and the staff were amazing. Friendly environment. 1st time experience.. From Derby. The staff were very helpful after the meal also. This may not be food related but I couldn't appriciate enough How the staff came out to help me and my family when my car broken down outside Pizza Hut. God bless you all ♡. It's a shame i didnt ask for their names, and i am glad i have been able to send feedback, times like these are never forgotton. I'll definatly be coming down again. Do prefer this pizza hut to chesterfields one, salad bar is normally well stocked and can always ask staff to refill, staff are friendly and if using meerkat can't really argue bargain price

Friendly service, but the restaurant was empty, so no atmosphere. Biggest thing is the price, super expensive for the quality you get.

Quick friendly service, clean and well presented food.

We recently came to this restaurant for a meal with our son who has some unusual food allergies. The manager and waitress were more than happy to go through the full ingredients list of potential meals for our son to make sure he could eat them, and then when we accidentally ordered the wrong item on the app they spotted this and came to check we had ordered the right thing. As our son's allergies aren't listed in the main allergens it can be a stressful experience going out to eat but the staff made this much easier for us and we will be going back soon.

Went for the buffet lunch with a friend and my 2 children. - first of all, staff are lovely. - not moaning about them. Buffet selection was so-so not much selection really but the place was dead.. The music needs a serious update as does the restaurant itself. It looks very 'used' and the sign outside is faded. It's just not welcoming here lol, we ate quick and left.

Visted today 17th April, The staff were really friendly and welcoming and made the dinning feel inviting & enjoyable. Ladies serving us looked after us very well and was more than happy to help.

Took my son and his friends here for his birthday. They all enjoyed the buffet bundle deal which I feel is good value for money. Staff friendly and easy to order from the table. Would definitely take the kids there again.

Pizza was great, always go for the Chicken Supreme. Lovely staff and great food. Pizza was a little greasy but what can you say, it’s fast food! Very nice meal and lots of space in the restaurant, normally not too busy so you can almost always get a table.

Went here for the buffet and wow I am full to the brim. Nice to see the self service is back and the order and pay at the table has been implemented nicely. No more waiting around for the bill. Even though the place filled me up it was running at a slower pace compared to its meadowhall retail counterpart. But all in all good food.
