Terrible servicio pedí un gerente o el problema a resolver y el personal falló - Evite el servicio al cliente terrible y el personal que no puede seguir las instrucciones

Ha estado yendo allí durante años Bueno, esta fue mi última visita. Visitado como un evento familiar. pedí pescado. no fue genial. pedí reemplazarlo. Ningún gerente. Esto significa que me quedé sin comida. Tomó mi madre enferma y mi familia. no fue una gran experiencia. En las instalaciones de desocupación a mi hijo le devolvieron el pescado para que se lo llevara a casa. ¡Qué broma! No importaba la actitud no molesta. Hay tantos otros lugares para disfrutar en la carretera de Londres. ¡Hay pérdida!

He estado yendo allí durante años, pero no tenemos la oportunidad de pensar en escribir una crítica, pero desde todos los lugares para la comida que va a servicio al cliente es una necesidad que se llega allí en Imrans, y mucho menos la comida es increíble y fresca, pero agradecí mi última visita donde nos cuidaron verdaderamente masha ALLAH, dúos para todos ustedes en Imrans, jazak ALLAH khyr de nuevo

Really tasty food here. I had the mixed doner could taste the quality. Nice sauces and the fried wedges are delicious. Would deffo recommend! 10/10

We tried this place for take away before heading back to Lincoln. We opted for Large family Imran's special box which has fried chicken, Doner, wedges and fries for around 10GBP. I have to say this was over ordering to a massive scale as the food was enough for 4-5 moderate eaters like us but we are only family of 2. Taste was also good. I wouldn't call it SECRET LEVEL unique as they claim about a secret recipe. Still it was tasty and knockout for the price. As for the staff, I found the girl who took our order, quite decent and helpful.

Very poor take away. management is very bad manager attitude is very bad.food quality is very bad I am never seen look like takeout.

Two kebabs, two missing salads. Rang up politely and asked for a replacement and was met with quite possibly the worst customer service ever. The rude lady immediately protested “well the salad is technically free so it’s not like you are losing anything” - the absolute cheek. Also, the chicken donner was half lamb half chicken - not what was ordered. Appalling!

Se llevó a la familia y terminó esperando 45 minutos para la comida y el personal fue grosero cuando se le preguntó cuánto tiempo más. Debido a que teníamos un pedido grande, tuvimos que esperar, pero al menos hablar con los clientes con respeto. Luego nada de ensalada y solo 3 salsas con 6 comidas. Nunca más volveré a un lugar grosero e incompetente.

Ended up in imrans on a cold Sunday afternoon. Ordered masala fish which gave the option of grilled or fried so obviously I went ahead with grilled. Prices advertised in branch and on the leaflet don’t mention there’s an extra charge for grilled masala fish 😂 guy said because it takes longer to cook! I strongly feel that a place like imrans which is popular should help contribute to reduce health inequalities and actually charge more for fried and not grilled! Ordered chicken parmsan which actually was decent but took way longer to cook than the masala fish which was ready in 10mins. Help reduce health inequalities even a small change makes a massive difference ❤️

Great food as always. Never fails to impress. The guy serving me suggested I try the Chicken Parmesan, which I duly did. Even though he said it would be big enough, I had to have a piece of fried chicken too, as it’s simply the best. The Parmesan arrived.... OMG! It was huge! I should have listened to him haha... I have to say, it was delicious. Chicken was succulent and juicy, cheese was perfectly done, nice fillings too. Great value aswell. Keep up the great work.
