Terrible servicio pedí un gerente o el problema a resolver y el personal falló - Evite el servicio al cliente terrible y el personal que no puede seguir las instrucciones

Decepcionado con el servicio de esta noche. Éramos conscientes de la escasez de personal cuando llegamos, pero el restaurante no estaba tan ocupado! La comida era buena cuando llegó, pero luego esperamos otros 30 + minutos para pagar al final. ¡No es aceptable en mi libro!

Restaurant it's closed and on google shows open

Made a booking for 6 Nov, didn’t get a confirmation email. Tried calling them but no answer. We went there hoping for a lovely meal and the place was closed, no idea if there was an emergency and they’ve not been around etc. Not great especially as they are usually excellent. Surely if you are closed for a bit, put something on your voicemail and stop the website from allowing bookings to be made.

Cancelled our order twice! This wouldn't be an issue had they done it immediately, however they let us wait 30 minutes both times. Appalling service. Do not order from Little Dough.
