Lovely little tea room highly recommend visiting and supporting a local business. Good selection of cakes including gluten free. Run by a very nice lady and very reasonable prices.

Vivere is a little hidden gem, due to not being on the high street but still easy to get to. It’s a great place for a meal, there was a good variety and choice of food and it was all excellent. The service was great, lovely meal was had by all.

booked a table at 5:30 for my birthday meal, prior to go to the theatre; when my partner booked, he told them we had to be gone 7 pm latest as we were going to the theatre; he mentioned it was my birthday. We went last night arriving at 5:25 and I’ll order was promptly taken. About 15 minutes later they came and said there was a small delay because they had a couple of other Tables of six or eight people, although the place was nowhere near it wasn’t Even half full. They brought complimentary bread and olives. We waited until 635 (So waited over an hour) But then Decided that we really didn’t want to have to wolf down my birthday meal in the space of 20 minutes. I have never worked in a restaurant personally, but logic would dictate to me that you don’t book all the tables to arrive at the same time! This isn’t a one off, has the very same thing happened to us last time we went, although that kind of critical as we weren’t going to the theatre afterward. So last night we literally had to go hungry without a meal, which really isn’t on when you have booked the table weeks ago. When we walked past about 10 o’clock last night, the place was empty, so perhaps is the reason why who knows. Absolutely not willing to risk again, Don’t want to starve, On my birthday or any other time!

Went for the first time with friends last night 13/3/25. The food was amazing and not over priced, the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Special shout out to our waitress, didn’t catch her name but she had dark hair in a ponytail. She was very attentive and friendly and we had a good giggle with her, definitely employee of the month material. Overall the experience was top notch and we will definitely be back.
