We love this little independent patisserie, it's tucked away down The Colonnade (opposite the theatre) and has the most scrumptious sausage rolls and fresh cakes- new selection every day. We brought mum today and indulged in Asparagus & Cheese Quiche, Apple & Sage sausage rolls and a gorgeous Raspberry Cheesecake. All with coffees. There's a room with tables/chairs, purchasable artwork and paperback novels - book swap or donations. Love it ❤️ (Worth checking the Facebook page posts for opening hours which can vary) Also an excellent Comic Shop opposire

Great ambiance and super efficient service. Starters are too expensive though. Two menu’s, one twice the price of the other, which is ok if you want to treat yourself, but my wife ate off the cheaper menu and I ate off the more expensive one but not sure it was twice as good.

Awful service. Food - no fresh chillies, they cook with chillies from a jar. Overpowering tastes of tomato paste. Gnocchi mushy. Bread like crackers. Service was so poor, and the lack of customer care and pride in the place was astounding. Never again.
