Ordered a Uber eats to be delivered from Frankie and Benny's, and driver gave us someone else's order, after calling and speaking to Holly she was so understanding and solved issue quickly re doing our order and asking us to go collect, on arrival we were offered a free drink while we waited for it to be packaged we declined as wanted to get home and in replacement Holly gave us a bag of chocolate for inconvenience and couldn't apologise enough.
