The best restaurants serving Italian food in Newtown Poole South West

Service was great. The woman was very accommodating. The food was lovely. I got the mac and cheese and bbq pizza and was 10/10. Definitely only needed a pizza but took some home as leftovers😋. We did wait to be seated for a while, but hey, what can you do on a Saturday night🤷‍♀️☺️. Food came out in no time, was all around a great experience. Much love, pizza express🍕👍🥰🍷🤭

Went on a Thursday, around 5pm. Despite not online booking, and the restaurant having reduced capacity due to the virus, happy to squeeze us in. Quick, friendly service, drinks arrived really quickly, and food shortly afterwards. Quality was good - food tasty, hot and well presented. Portions seemed generous. We really enjoyed the four main courses we ordered, ribs, meatballs, prawn pasta and chicken carbonara Would visit again.

Ordered a pizza on 17th December using a discount voucher. Discount wasn't applied so cancelled the order. No way is any pizza worth £27 and especially not from here. Staff member was very unhelpful and promised a refund via head office. This still hasn't materialised. Contacted customer services the same day via email and still no reply. Avoid.
